History: The common weasels are an ancient specimen, especially within the world of the giant animals that have been summoned by the shinobis during centuries. But in difference from the common weasels, which resides in the country of the Wind, the Mustela nigripes specimen is a rather young art. Besides of their appearance, there is also another big difference between them and their cousins from the Wind country, and that is that the black footed ferrets reside in the Fire country.

It's said that they were born in the forest at the foot of a volcano in the Fire country, and that they for strange reasons have learned to use the element of fire. That's not their only speciality, as they have an incredible good sense of smell. It's said that they are the only ones that can tracksome of the best medicinal herbs in the Fire country. This abbility have also lead to that a few number of them knows medicinal arts.

The black footed weasels are still unknown in the world of the shinobis. There was a great man many years ago that was rumored to have used black footed weasels in battle, but that man disappeared. There is a rumor that says that he still resides at the outside of Konoha, and only returns when he is most needed, but if that is true or not is still a mystery.

Note: To use this set of summons you need my permission, even if I'm inactive (so, in that case, you will have to wait for me to return). Anything weasel inspired (even if it isn't the Mustela nigripes art) needs also my permission.

Name: Shaa

Appearance: Shaa have a very typical appearance for his race and is about 10cm short. The only remarkable is that he has a white tail, which he is very proud of.

Personality: Being the supreme leader's favorite son, Shaa is very arrogant (even though he is so short) and thinks that he is the most important being in the world. Even so, he likes to be summoned, because even if he isn't strong in battle (or better said, he is useless....), he enjoys seeing other fighting, especially if one of them is there to protect him.

Appearance: Boku is very similar to his brother Shaa, but have a white line crossing his face.

Personality: Boku is very impulsive, and normally doesn´t thinks what he´s doing.

Appearance: Instead of having the black colored parts, they are more of a cream color. Takaichi is also a little fat for being a weasel.

Personality: Takaichi is very shy, and will hide behind the person that has summoned him if he can.

Appearace: Even if Garimaru only is a kid, he have three scars on his face and one at his left leg. He is also covered with small pieces of armour.

Personality: Garimaru is very serious, and have the dream of being as strong as Kuroashibaya reichou one day.

Appearace: She is very small and tiny, and are a little whiter then a normal weassel.

Name: Manfa

Appearance: This female black footed weasel was born in the snow of a high mountain, and because of that her coat is white as the snow. The only part of her body that isn't that color is her feet, that is still black.

Personality: Manfa is maybe not very strong, but she is very intelligent. She can find a medicinal herb in more then 10 km, and is an expert using genjutsu for her young age. But she will only help you if she likes you.

Skills:

Genjutsu Creator Genjutsu drain 5 more points per the user's rank in this skill. If the user uses a Genjutsu which deals stat damage to multiple statts then the user must choose it to apply only to one of these stats. This is inclusive of modifiers. -1

Effect:s: Target has a -5% chance of dodging this technique.

Description: A surprisingly quick attack, the user of this technique only needs to perform one quick hand seal to release Chakra into the air; this Chakra will affect a target's mind and cause him/her/it to imagine an arrow being shot at him/her/it.

Description: The Konoha shinobi make a set of seals. First it seems that nothing happens, but after some time some birds appears. The birds flies around the opponent, and after some time the birds transforms into shurikens that flies at the opponent.

Appearance: This weassel is a little tiny, and wears a headband.

Personality: Junta doesn´t understands that he isn´t as strong as he thoughts. He will for the most jump into a combat without thinking about it two times.

Name: Sitochi

Appearance: Sitochis tail is really long, the double as the rest of his race. The tail has a cream color that makes Sitochi really unique. Besides of that he is very similar to the rest of the black footed weasel summons.

Personality: This summon is very proud of his tail, which also is his biggest hobby. It's not unusual to see him cleaning his tail in middle of a battle. Other then his obsession with the tail, Sitochi is a little selfish, but will help the person that has summoned him if that person is in need of help.

Each fireball beyond the first becomes progressivly easier to dodge; +5% to dodge when attempting to dodge any fireball beyond the first. This skill may also be used to target multiple people. One fireball per target suffers no negative penalties, but if ever multi-targetting and striking any target with more than one fireball, that target receivs a bonus of 30 to the relevant stat to dodge each fireball.

Description: The trademark fireball jutsu, this technique creates fire from the lungs and generates it through the mouth, funneling through a hand put in front of the mouth. Due to needing to stand still and putting the hands away from the defense this can be a risky move.

Appearance: This summon is very little for his age. His eyes, which are brown, seems like they are lifeless.

Personality: Haku suffered of a terrible illness when he was younger, so he never were out playing and training with his brothers. By a strange reason, he hides his real feelings inside of himself, and never shows any sign of an own will to anybody. He has been educated to do everything the person that summons him says, so in combat he is like a puppet for the summoner, as he does every thing that person tells him to do.

Name: Ichumaru

Appearance: Instead of the brown color this race normally have, Ichumaru haves more of an dark grey color.

Personality: Ichumaru is very young, but is a big warrior for his age. Also being the son of the big leader of his race, he normally is entrusted to protect his little brother Shaa (that is the favorite in the family). Ichumaru is normally sarcastic, and will not fight if the combat isn't interesting enough. Even so, he can be a good ally for a gennin ranked shinobi.

Skills:

Shiva, The Destroyer Offensive Ninjutsu from the user deal an additional 20% damage. This multiplier applies to the base damage of the technique, and in this case and this case only - allows you to break the base damage cap. The taker of this skill may not use Genjutsu.

i.e; Damage = 100[base] *1.2 +100[Ninjutsu] = 220, 220 - 100[Resistance] = 120 Damage.-3

Damage: 20 Requirements: Must be used some time after 'Hotaru'.

Effect:s: -40 Accuracy for 1 turn.

Description: After summoning forth the phantom fireflies, the user 'drains' the fireflies of their light and pools it with Chakra, then hurls it at the target's face, where it explodes.

Effect:s: If this technique makes contact with the opponent they suffer from bleeding for 2 turns with 12 damage. If the user misses the opponent then the user takes 10 damage.

Description: Takes many months to learn a gennin is simply able to create an orb of fire by using the chakra from the nodes on their fingers. The Orb is a bright red color and it has fire rotating around it. Even though it looks like a basic fireball the Orb actually creates a powerful explosion on impact of the opponent.

Name: Kajima

Appearance: Is strong and is really muscular for his size. Kajima wears a white waist coat.

Personality: Nothing really special will just do what you tell him, as he likes to fight. He does not like spiders at all.

Smell tracker

Bloodline: Only for summons and pets

Description: The animals have a much better sense of smell then a human, especially the ones that are trained by and for shinobis. Therefore, they normally do not rely as much on their sight as i.e. humans do. Some of them are specially trained to track some smells, and other times to help their masters when their sight do not work.

Effect: The summon/pet is immune against the status "blind" and any other technique/skill/status effect that decreases the accuracy due to loss of sight.

Instead of performing any other action, the summon/pet can focus to help their master. In that case, the highest amount of accuracy loss the master can be affected with is a -60, everything else is ignored.

If a technique, skill, item or anything else that provokes a bad smell, the pet/summon with this skill suffers of the status effect "blind", and any other effect of this skill is ignored.

Description: Creates an illusionary replica of the user. It is unable to attack or interact with other objects, but can serve as a good distraction.

Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You can still use the features of the thing you can become, e.g use the claws of a clawed animal, but not to the extent of if you were that thing.

Even so, he is very stubborn, and will not give up very easy. He has seen many battles, and knows the most things you have to know in battle. Shouuda will only lend you his power if he sees that you are worth of it.

Name: Kuroashibaya reichou (Kuroshi-kouchou for the entrusted ones)

Appearance: Probably the biggest, strongest and most inteligent black footed weasel that have ever existed. His hair is a little longer at the cheeks. He wears a big long and darkbrown waistcoat with the black kanji of "fire” in the back of it. He also has the big sword "The morning sunset” bound to his hip.

Personality: Kuroashibaya reichou is the great leader of the black footed weasel summons. He is also the father of most of them. He really likes old traditions, and will be mad if you don't shows him respect. Unlike other summons like Gamabunta or Manda, he haven't had a "master” yet. This is maybe because he haven't found any shinobi that had been "worth” his real trust. Besides of that, he has a golden heart, even if he doesn't likes to show it. He can be a little arrogant against new summoners and people he doesn't knows yet, but that dissapears with the time.

His biggest hobby is to solve sudokus (interesting last sentence, huh?)

Effect:: Burned for 20 damage for x turns, Target is Ensnared for one turn. x = number of snakes that hit.

Description: The nin using this creates a string of hand seals and finally faces their open palms to a target. From their palms come a number of serpents made of fire, which no matter how many there are take up the whole surface of both hands. These serpents of fire fly in winding paths at the enemy, and due to their composition allow the enemy less room to maneuver after all have attempted to strike him/her.

Shadow Shuriken Clone Skill (Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Jounin

Cost: 8x chakra (x = amount of clones you want to make.) Max of 320 chakra can be spent on this.

Effect:s: Multiplies the amount of the small weapons you threw by x. You throwing limit is uneffected by this, since it happens after you throw it.

Description: A powerful technique. The user throws an object, in this case a Shuriken, and uses Ninjutsu to make it divide in the air, creating a few, or hundreds, of other real Shuriken.

Feathery Sleep

Type: Genjutsu

Cost: 50 Chakra per person per turn. (Max of 500 chakra can be spent on this.)

Effect:s: Target(s) are asleep.

Description: This Jutsu is used to put one or even a very large group of people into a long deep sleep.

Effect:: Victim -60 Defense, Resistance, Concentration, Evasion, and Immobilized for 1 turn

Description: The victim of this trap has four strands wires onto them - One red, green, blue, and purple - that keep them bound to the ground for one turn. Each strand seems to drain the victim of their body's defenses against everything. On rare occasions, interrogators of the most extreme degrees will set this trap up and throw a prisoner into it to soften them up for torture.

Name: The Weasels Celestial Blow

Effects: +20% to hit, this jutsu can hit up to 3 persons with only one slash.(lvl,5 summons hits 4 persons and lvl.6 summons hits 5 persons). The summon must have a weapon to perform this.

Description: The weasel summon concentrates chakra in his/her weapon. After that, when the summon makes a slash, then they release all the chakra they had concentrated in their weapon. This technique cuts the strongest of stones, and will cut everything in front of it up to half a km. Only weasel summons.

Description: The summon rolls like a ball against the opponent. Even if it is an effective technique, the poor animal feels dizzy after this.

Damage: 40

Effects: Can only be used against taijutsu or basic attacks. Used in the response phase. Replaces the normal dodge roll, and takes 25% of the damage. Max.3 times/battle.

Description: The summon concentrates his/her chakra in their hair, changing the density of the hair. The hair now looks more like spikes, and are relatively very hard. Not really an offensive technique, but a good defensive one.

Effects: +10% to hit

Description: The summons spit is so hot thanks to his chakra that it changes to magma, which can be a deadly attack for everyone that is hit by it. Only Konoha summons.

Cost: 60 chakra, 10 health points

Damage: 100

Effect:: Severe burning: 10 damage to user.

Description: A Chuunin can't fully control the sheer volume of flame that is created by this fireball. It does massive damage for a chuunin level jutsu of it's cost, but because of that it has backlash and burns the hands holding the fireball quite badly when it is used.

Effect:: Restores double the chakra spent to a target. The caster's chakra immediatly drops to 1 after using this skill. This skill may not be used on someone that has already used it or Atae wa Tengu in the current battle.

Description: A bright blue beam strikes from the medical nin's palm and hits the target, infusing it with an immense amount of energy.

Divine Seal (Tenrai Gokuin)

Type: Ninjutsu (Medical)

Rank: Chuunin

Effect:: The medical nin forcefully seals the target's ability to either use genjutsu or ninjutsu. This requires all of the medical nin's focus and leaves them unable to avoid the next attack made by their target. The effects last five posts.

Description: The medical nin sends hundreds of miniscule darts of chakra at the target, striking the body in key points to seal their ninjutsu or genjutsu skills.

Shadow Clone Skill (Kage Bunshin no Jutsu)

Type: Ninjutsu (Fire)

Cost: 60 Per Clone

Damage: N/A

Effect:: Creates multiple clones. All clones have stats equal to the original's stats divided by the number of clones created + the original + 1. The original retains full HP, but all clones are destroyed in one hit. Clones gain phases every other turn that the user has. May have 2 simultaneous clones at Gennin, 5 at Chuunin, 8 at Jounin, and 15 at Sennin/Kage level.

Description: Unlike the normal Bunshin no Jutsu, this jutsu does not create illusions, but real bodies of the user. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone. This could be very dangerous if the user is low on chakra or makes too many clones. Because the clones are basically real, they can perform jutsu and cause real damage to their target. They can also take some hits themselves, even being able to bleed, although they'll still disappear when enough damage has been done, which is usually after one blow or fatal attack. Since the clones are exact replicas of the user, one can use them in combination with many other techniques.

Body Freeze Skill (Kanashibari no Jutsu)

Effects:

- Cannot be dodged. Opponent rolls 1d100.

- If they roll higher than 25, then they skip their next response and main phase. - May only target the same opponent with this technique after 4 turns since they were last effected by it.

- May only be used once a battle per enemy by Gennin, two times by Chuunin and three times by Jounin.

- If target is of two ranks or higher than the user, they are unaffected by this technique.

Description: Used to cause ones opponent to lose the advantage of movement. Freezing them in their tracks, this Jutsu creates an opening for a more dangerous attack. Most Anbu Ninjas seem to know this technique.

Name: Fire: Oil Spray

Effects: Area of effect jutsu. Damage of any fire element attack (includes combinational elements attacks) is increased by x1.5. Cuases arena to become slippery; -5% to-hit with Taijutsu for all players and -5% to speed for all players. This lasts till the remainder of battle, or until a fire element attack is used (after which the effects are removed as the 'oil' has been used). Maximum use of 5 times per battle.

Description: User stores oil in their mouth and then releases it in a quick burst aiming up at the sky, covering everyone and the arena in oil making it highly flammable.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Academy Student

Cost: 10 Ninjutsu

Effect:s: Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.

Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening.

Level 6 summons are allowed 1 Kage Jutsu, so having a Forbidden Level Jutsu... I'm OK with it, but you'll need Admin approval instead of a second Mod approval.

I think that because Summons are 'powerful enough' they aren't supposed to have ForbiddenTechniques. So I'd think that'd have to be changed, though admittedly I'm not an expert on Summons- that's my opinion on Summons and Forbidden abilities.

That jutsu was created just for that (otherwise, why was it approved? It's stated that it is only for level6 summons). I think they made me change it to forbidden just because it broke the jounin cap.
