Concentration no longer gives a bonus to criticals. Description: Particularly attentive followers of Fuxi Bagua are able to use it more efficiently. By combining both their natural abilities and careful training in the field, the shinobi is able to better utilize their resources and, in a way, create more 'bang for their buck.'
