Cellar Door
You should clarify whether this increases the Taijutsu statistic or the damage of Taijutsu technique. Also, the proper nomenclature at the end there would be to say that this is a triggered effect. Love Super luck. It's a cool idea but I'm thinking -2 or -3. Rhapsody
Done. Is triggered a new mechanic? I'll be sure to check out the news posts. Looks like I need to refresh myself a bit!
Cellar Door
Yeah, Triggered effects are neither passive nor upkeep, and you don't really have to specify them when you make a skill or something, but in this case it's easier because you mentioned that it goes off every time. Well, essentially triggered effects rely on other conditions to become active. The new Chakra Resistance and such for armor, are triggered effects, only coming into play when you're attacked by a technique of x element. Anyway, that was just for your edification.
