Ninjutsu Forged
This weapon was forged in the early days of Ninjutsu, and over time it has become a mythological item passed on from generation to generation. How the weapon came to have the ability to react to Ninjutsu like it does is a mystery, but it's power is undeniable.

Free Handed
Many weapons are built to not be held in the hand of the user. Gauntlets or gloves with blades are just a few examples of weapons that are crafted to allow a user full use of their hands while equipped. Of course, the craftsmanship is much more difficult on weapons that use this, as they must be supported to the body by some means so that the weapon attacks do not fail.
If this character has the skill 'Free Handed Training' this weapon does not take up the user's hand when equipped.
Restrictions: May only be added to Medium Weapons. May not be used illogically.

Ward Rank II - Your weapon is designed to ward off ninjutsu attacks. As an action in your Response Phase you may Block (take half damage) a single Ninjutsu. This ability may be used a number of times equal to the times it was purchased.

Link Formation - Character may use this weapon with regular or ranged weapon modifiers.

Affliction: [Clobbered] -  A weapon with this attribute has the potential to afflict a target with one (1) turn of a status effect when successfully struck. The status effect is chosen at the time of purchase. Once per attack with this weapon the user may choose to increase the cost of the attack by 0.5x, where x is the CP value of the chosen status effect. If they do, they may add the chosen status effect to a single strike of their weapon attack. Status effects with a CP value of 50 or higher, or any status effect with a variable cost may not be chosen for this attribute. A weapon may never have more than one 'Affliction' attribute.

Sharpened Edge Rank 3; - When calculating the damage of this weapon, treat this weapon as if it were 10x levels higher. The value of 'x' is the number of ranks of 'Sharpened Edge'. 

†Ethereal Blade†

The level of this weapon is always considered to be 'x', where 'x' is equivalent to the wielder's combined Ninjutsu and Genjutsu statistics divided by 20 and rounded down. (Nin+Gen/20) When equipping this weapon or as a Setup Phase Action, the wielder may designate it either a 'Medium' or 'Large' Weapon. Additionally, if this weapon were to be removed from the user's possession in any traditional sense, the user may use a Setup Phase action to re-equip the item. The wielder of this blade may choose to equip this weapon to any allied combatant under their control. If that combatant is removed from the field, this weapon is returned to the original wielder.

Effect: When attacking with this weapon, the wielder chooses 'Dream' or 'Reality'.

Reality; Deals Physical Damage, the targets chance to dodge is modified by their evasion statistics, and the users attack mods are taijutsu/accuracy.

Dream; Deals Ghost Damage, the target's chance to dodge is modified by the Concentration statistics. If a target's Ghost Health is brought to 0 by an attack from this weapon, the wielder may choose to 'Seal' that target, in which case the target is considered dead until 'Unsealed'. 'Sealing' in this manner physically removes the target's body and equipment.

 

Description: The Totsuka no Tsurugi itself is an ethereal weapon, its shape can be changed at the wielders wish, and is a blade like no other. The sword itself is an ethereal sword with no true form, rumored to carry ominous sealing powers within it's astral blade. As the legend goes, any who are pierced by the blade become trapped within a blissful dream-like Genjutsu for all of eternity. The blade's sealing powers are said to be some of the most powerful in existence. Regarded as the single counter to the Ama-no-Murakumo-no-Tsurugi, otherwise known as the Kusanagi-no-Tsurugi. The blades true origins are unknown, as it predates when we began keeping history books and information. Thousands of years later, it would seem as if Uchiha Itachi had found the blade himself while working with the Akatsuki as they searched the lands for Bijuu. However, in the battle between the last two Uchiha heirs, the blades abilities seemed to have been shattered, no longer having the ability to throw an opponent into an endless genjutsu for the remainder of their lives. The blade, however, still has the ability to damage the opponent's psyche when struck, and those who delve into the realm of genjutsu seem to have a natural knack for wielding such a weapon. When the Totsuka no Tsurugi is not being utilized for weapon purposes, it is stored in a very plain looking sake jar.

Description: Combat boots with dark black leather, buckles and laces to ensure it conformed perfectly to the wearers feet, the materials it were made from make it not only especially durable, but adaptable based on the terrain you are covering. The leather was soaked in a special mixture of chemicals, a mixture of some unknown compounds (known of course to the creator only), on top of a titanium dipped triweave layer of protection between the inner sole of the shoe and the outer exterior, but because of it being titanium it is very light weight, and retains heat especially well. These shoes were designed for someone who could move at very fast speeds, the more friction thats generated, the more heat and static energy thats built up surging within the layer of titanium in the shoes that can be released with just a little chakra to draw out its power, giving him more agility for evasive purposes, due to it having to be released to get the most effect out of them. The soles of the shoes have a sophisticated motor built into the sides and in between the fiberglass coated silicone gel padding on the bottom of the outside of the shoe. There are several extremely fast gyrating metal rods [that had been forged out of a fallen meteor somewhere across the world] and because of the unique properties of the metal from within no matter what terrain its used on doesnt put any wear or damage to them, almost indestructible in a way. And per Tetsuos request, the metal rods/wheels for the shoes were going to be adapted to a more modern look, and far more deadly. The wheels that would be bult into the bottom of the shoe, Tetsuo need only activate an extremely small amount of chakra near his foot to activate the device; when this happens the wheels are lowered from the sole which was slightly elevated compared to normal, due to the way that the wheels were shaped if he hadnt he'd be cutting his own feet up with every use. He was warned its true power could only be drawn out by someone with an  incredibly high amount of chakra and control, which he assured the creator wouldnt be an issue.
