Song of Support

When a Weapon Attack of Weapon Jutsu used with this weapon causes the user to increase their stats, the user gains an additional 2x stats (distributed as they wish between any stat increased by the triggering action) with x being equal to the level of this weapon.

Simple book keeping note here, make sure you give a name to the second special ability so that it stands out as a special ability.

Also legit...5% chakra and stamina for what is essentially...nothing? There's no statistical difference between the medium weapons other than melee/ranged, and Tokei can't use large weapons because he lacks an arm...even if he could...you could just drop the large weapons altogether and instead spend the amount to buy like...a stat increase, and have said stat increase granted when you attack and change depending on what overarching class of weapon you have. That way your second ability triggers off the first for basic weapon strikes, so you're winning.

You could break it up as:
Piercing (Rapiers, Spears ect.): User gains +100 Speed for one turn when they make one or more weapon attacks with this weapon. 
Slashing (Swords, Axes ect.): User gains +100 Taijutsu for one turn when they make a one or more weapon attacks with this weapon.
Bashing (Clubs, Hammers ect.): User gains +100 Defence for one turn when they make one or more weapon attacks with this weapon.
Ranged (Bows, Javelins ect.): User gains +100 Accuracy for one turn when they make one or more weapon attacks with this weapon.
Instrument (Flutes, Drums ect.): User gains +100 Ninjutsu for one turn when they make one or more weapon attacks with this weapon.

So that's 100 stats, which then combines with your second ability, and the capacity to swap weapon forms actually has meaning!

This has been a WIP for nearly five years now, so I don't think it needs a review. As I said before, this is being moved to dead. Hit me up if you want it back in custom later to work on it
