Eyes. light brown eyes with slightly gray pupils Clothes: A white skin tight shirt with lavender legging under a white pink and blue shirt dress and white and pink gloves. She wears Slightly heeled White and black boots. Physical: While being on the smaller side Iteza is great at hiding in small places and blending in. Her body mostly consist of lower body strength except for here exceptional Forearm muscles. Personality Is there was ever such a thing as a clumsy assassin Iteza would be the prime example, Her aim can be deadly but her stance makes it hard for her to evade attacks. Iteza is shy at first but once she gets to trusting you she could be the sweetest friend you've ever had. She enjoys Simple Sweet things to a point but what she is most interested in is her archery. Iteza has always loved the bow and arrow to a point she made her first bow and arrows from pieces of flint around the quarry. She Holds Deep Respect to her superiors and understand that titles are earned in the world of ninja and never given without meaning. disthawk12 Posted September 1, 2018 Author Share Posted September 1, 2018 (edited) History Chapter 1 (Fledging starts off) Iteza was born into the Hoshi clan in the village they got their namesake from Hoshigakure no Sato loving every minute she spent with her parents, Her father Tentai Hoshi and mother Asa Hoshi. She lived here until she was seven and she took a test that showed that she had an acute acumen for ninja arts, then moved to Iwagakure to begin her ninja training the move was long and difficult she had left many friends that she had made in Hoshi but iwagakure. During the NCIA invasion, her parents had joined the ncia in capturing bother her hometown of hoshigakure and her new home in iwa, Due to her parents being avid in the ncia she was still able to go to the academy where she was shunned until the ncia had left, even then animosity was still palpable. After the graduating the academy at age eleven she soon was put on a waiting list but every gennin team had made fun of or had known about her leading to her eventual abandonment and reentre. Chapter 2.(There is no such thing as an accident) When Iteza was 6 she had been walking through her hometown of Hoshigakure no Sato when a thunderstorm had suddenly sweltered she was trying to get when a small bolt of lightning had hit her straight in the right eye, She was healed imminently and sustained no lasting damage except the electrical signals in her eye were distorted making it impossible to see without heavy corrective eyewear. This loss of her right eye had led her to her love of archery always using her left eye. Until her parents could afford a very nifty monocle made of brass and leather, This is when Iteza had an idea and made some external modifications and turned her monocle into an assassin's scope. This skill does not stack with Merchant or similar skills that would provide a discount towards items. This skill is exempt from being taken once every five (5) levels. Characters with this skill begin play at the rank of Academy Student, which is considered to be below the rank of Genin. Academy Students begin play at level U4 and begin with 100 Stat Points, 2 Jutsu Points, and 1 Skill Point. Level progression proceeds as follows: U4, U3, U2, U1, 0. As they progress an Academy Student gains one (1) Jutsu Point at level U3 and U1 and one (1) Skill Point at level U2. Progression between levels U4 and 0 requires 200 Experience per level. Upon reaching level 0, the Academy Student must pass an exam to become a Genin. Upon completion of the exam, they receive an additional 1 SP and 2 JP as a rank bonus. Academy Students may not train by themselves for experience, and may not purchase techniques above their rank. Levels and ranks gained by this skill do not count toward any other effect. Jutsu of the Academy rank have a maximum CP of 40, and utilize a 3:2 ratio when determining chakra and stamina costs. Academy Students may begin play with 1 additional free Academy Technique of their creation. Basic Path skills may not be taken until reaching level 0. If a character starts with enough TXP to make them level 0 or higher, they must still complete their exam to become Genin, even if it is retroactive in their past. 4 1 Coward (+2 Sp) Spoiler The first time any opponent uses a Kinjutsu or technique of a higher ninja rank than this character, this character is 'Stunned' for one (1) turn. On the following turn this character is 'Afraid; 1' of all opponents for one (1) turn. Merciful (+2 Sp) Spoiler The first time an attack from this character would reduce a primary character's Health or Ghost Health to zero (0) or less in a battle they are reduced to one (1) instead. This skill must be shared at the start of the battle. Vision Impaired Rank 3 (+3 Sp) Spoiler If this character does not have an item for corrective eyesight equipped they lose 15% of their Accuracy and Evasion for each rank in this skill. Corrective eyesight items must cost at least $50. Slow to Adapt [Dense Woodland | Jungle] (+1 Sp) Spoiler This character suffers -10% to their total Speed when in any terrain aside the chosen one. This style of fighting uses some kind of arrow and swift movements to aim and fire the arrow at a precise point either To inhibit an enemy or to provide an opening to the user. this at times can put her at a disadvantage cause while aiming it is possible for her to draw attention to herself or disclose her position. Effect: The user may learn and use Star Style Taijutsu techniques. The user now gains Star Charges whenever they successfully hit the opponent with a Star Style Taijutsu Technique. The user loses 1 charge every time they struck by a physical attack. Star Charges may be used in the following ways: - The first time the user successfully dodges a physical attack per turn, the user's Accuracy is increased by 20x points for 1 turn. X is equal to the number of Star Charges the user currently has. Any increase in accuracy made by this is not applicable to ranged modifiers. - The user as a free action during the main phase may spend x charges to afflict themselves with "Enlarged" for x turns. This may not break caps. -1 sp Steadfast Durability 1/10 (-1 Sp) Spoiler Stamina-based Techniques cost 5 less Stamina per ninja rank of the technique. This shares ranks with the skill 'Inner Calm'.
