His exoskeleton has a brown tint and his eyes a tea green. Like the other Grasshopper of Nakasu Meadow, his first two pairs of legs are used to walk and hold prey/food. The last pair of legs assist him in jumping great distances. Over his exoskeleton, he wears a tattered, hooded Violet and Forest Green poncho. Personality Kichi is the teenage brother of Junko. Despite being a teenager, he is quick to aid those around him, especially his summoner. This makes him a wonderful ally. He was named due to the good luck that happened to his family around the time of his birth. However, Kichi does not believe himself to be lucky. The first strike of a Sound element attack also afflicts its target with one (1) turn of 'Deafened'. In addition, the user may choose to apply the bonus from one of the Subtle Elements skills required to learn this element if they own it. Requirements: Subtle Elements; Lightning & Wind Rank: 1 of 1 Cost: -1 SP [0; Family Element] Subtle Elements; Lightning Effect: May use Lightning element techniques. All Lightning techniques have a +8% chance to hit. This bonus is halved for Concentration based attacks. All 5 'Subtle Element' skills share ranks, however each skill may only be taken once. Rank: 1 of 1 Cost: -1 SP Flittering Jump Description: Grasshoppers have a natural affinity for leaping to great heights. Grasshoppers with wings are capable of jumping even higher. By flittering their wings while in the middle of a leap, the owner of this skill may jump even higher in the hopes of avoiding an attack. Effect: Add +5 to all dodge rolls against physical attacks. This may not increase dodge rolls of 5 or less. Requirement: Grasshopper Summons Cost: -2 SP Ninjutsu Mastery [Sound] Description: A master of the ninja magic arts, you bend your specialty element to your whim. Effect: For each rank of this skill choose a Ninjutsu Element. Ninjutsu of the chosen Element deal +5x damage per rank in this skill, where x is equal to your ninja rank. You may choose "Void" Ninjutsu as your chosen element. You may never apply more than 10 combined ranks of Genjutsu Creator, Martial Artist, and Ninjutsu Mastery to a single attack. Ranks in this skill may be purchased once every five (5) levels. Ranks: 1 of 10 Cost: -1 SP Savior Description: Sometimes it is not good enough to be reactive, at times you must be proactive in protecting your team. The selfless action of standing in front of an attack for a teammate is the most straightforward proactive action you can take to protect someone. Effect: Once per team battle you may choose to take an attack in place of your ally without need for any rolls. Apply all armors against this attack regardless of if it is supposed to bypass armor or not. When you take the hit, you gain a +100 to Defense. Cannot be used against Genjutsu. The shriek fazes the target, causes ears to bleed, and momentarily decrease their vision Cost: 4 JP Reflecting Chirp Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Rank: Genin Cost: 60 Chakra Damage: 20 Per Strike Effect: This technique has three (3) strikes. Description: The user aims a sound wave at nearby objects. The objects then reflect the sound wave towards up to three different targets. Cost: 3 JP Bursting Chirp Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Rank: Genin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 20 Effect: Target is inflicted with one (1) turn of ‘Clobbered’ and ‘Staggered.’ Description: The user rubs its back legs against its wing casing in one quick, powerful motion. The sound wave created launches toward the target. Upon impact, the sound wave bursts. Cost: 4 JP _ Chirp Tethering Chirp Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 150 Chakra Damage: 25 Effect: Target is inflicted with two (2) turns of ‘Prone’ and ‘Shackled [Leg]’ Description: After rubbing its back legs against its wings, the user sends a sound wave towards their target. Upon impact, their target is knocked down and their leg is shackled. Cost: 5 JP Blinding Chirp Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 148 Chakra Damage: 60 Effect: Target is inflicted with two (2) turns of ‘Blind’ Description: By rubbing their legs together quickly, the user can create a sound that damages the target's central nervous system. The damage to the central nervous system causes them to temporarily lose all eyesight. Additionally, the sound waves created staggers their movement. Cost: 5 JP Singeing Chirp Type: Ninjutsu [Sound l Hijutsu; Grasshoppers] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 140 Chakra Damage: 12 Effect: Target is inflicted with one (1) turn of ‘Exposed’ and three (3) turns of Scorched.’ Description: The user rubs its hind legs against its wing casings in quick succession. The speed at which the back legs rub creates a sound wave made up of hot air that heats up the targets flesh.
