Guest Decadence Posted August 23, 2007 Posted August 23, 2007 The first skill would only apply to techinques that involve some form of light in which to blind the user. The opponent is still capable of blinding them through other means, such as actually stabbing you in the eyes or whatever, so yeah, that skill is limited to those sort of techniques. You can also possibly add in Impaired Eyesight if you'd want. Anyway, I probably say it'd cost -1. Second one is sort of the same as the first, in which some situations attacking from behind can simply be avoided. Even if you role-played turning your back on someone, they could simply manuever to the front of you. Besides, turning your back on someone like that wouldn't make much sense anyways. Perhaps you could just have it involving enhanced Evasion, or something of that sort. Anyways, if you were to come up with something, that effect would cost much more than -3 if I'm not mistaken. Basing this off of Iron Skin from a -10% damage per 2 skills point, this would probably cost like 10 skill points, if reduction is even capable of going that far. Maybe even more seeing as this pertains to both Taijutsu and Ninjutsu from the looks of it.
