Rounded up. Damage: n/a Effects: Battle: User must first create a Jutsu Formula (術式, Jutsu-shiki). The user then has to somehow place this item on the field so that their enemy is somewhere near the object, or that it goes near them. Once this is fulfilled the player may pay x chakra in their setup phase to 'teleport' to the object. Half Opening effect on an attack preformed in the following main phase. The maximum accuracy percentile is raised from 90% to 95% for this one attack. No non-bloodline skills, techniques or weapons may be used to dodge the next attack from the user, unless it was activated in a turn prior to this technique being used. This bypasses all shield jutsu (i.e. shield of sand). The user's speed is considered to be 2x for consideration of any defenses. (This does not effect their turn amount or anything they control, it is only to be considered if a defense measures the attacker's speed.) Role Play: The owner of this technique does not need to post any traveling posts, but can only teleport to an object that they have specifically signified through earlier role play as a "Jutsu Formula" (術式, Jutsu-shiki). (They do need to put a post in traveling to 'announce' that they traveled from one location to another) Description: This jutsu was created by the Fourth Hokage and the reason behind his nickname, "The Yellow Flash of Konoha" (木ノ葉の黄色い閃光, "Konoha no Kiiroi Senkō"). It allows the user to move over large distances with ultra-high speed. Although it is often compared with the Body Flicker Technique, the speed of this jutsu is much greater. In principal, it is similar to the Summoning Technique, but instead sends the user somewhere rather than bringing something to them. To activate this jutsu, the user needs a special seal or "jutsu formula" (術式, Jutsu-shiki) to mark the destination. After this is done, the user can almost instantaneously transport himself to that location. The Fourth applied the formula in advance to weapons such as kunai. It is also possible to leave a formula in an area touched by the user. This is one of the few known non-kekkei genkai techniques created that neither the Sharingan nor the Byakugan can follow. It is because of this technique that Konoha came out victorious in the Iwa-Konoha Ninja War. After having his subordinates toss marked kunai randomly into the enemy ranks, the Fourth used the technique to appear within their ranks and slaughter them one by one before they could even react. This technique is a more recent addition to the scroll, and was a jutsu stolen by Iwagakure no Sato from Konohagakure no Sato after the war. It replaced the former #14 jutsu on the scroll because its power was thought to be much greater. That aside, doubling anything immediately Forbidden status. So, double doubling something is like, impossible? 2x is the most reasonable as that is the asumed maximum. - This doesn't require the Divine Scroll of the 77 Forbidden Arts, which is an Alchem family thing. I may need some IM enlightenment about this scroll, because I am under belief that this scroll is for Alchem family forbidden arts, not things like, Impure World Ressurection, Imortality Skill, Flying Thunder God Technique, you know; the stuff we all know about. Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique; - Huzzah. - For those of you who do not want to click the link, I have quoted my Napp'ness below. Chikatsu Saisei no Jutsu (Healing Resuscitation Regeneration Technique)Type: Ninjutsu (Medical) Bloodline: None. Rank: Chuunin Operation: The medical team must make 10-posts within which the operation is performed; at the end of said operation the team leader will make a roll to determine the success of the technique. A roll of 76 or higher results in success, all esle is a fail. Each ninja who performed the technique will have their Chakra stat treated as if it was 20 for 3 RL days after the operation is complete, success or fail. Effects: This technique requires 4 people to create and maintain the seal. This may be used on one target, and one target alone. Target character must be incapacitated during the operation. If the target character has died in the past 2 RL days (including death caused by a skill/technique that causes permanent death), the resulting success of this technique will ressurect them with no loss of TXP- Failure will result in daeth and they may not be ressurected by any other means (including staff descision). They will however have all of their non-tank stats halved for 1 RL week. If used on a patient who has sufferd the negative effects of a full or semi-transfusion; success will result in them being treated as them having a normal successful operation and do no longer suffer the negative effects- Failure will result in the negative effects being doubled. Description: Medical shinobi are among the most skilled in the field of Ninjutsu. To access even the highest ranks you would need to be naturally gifted with natural intelligence andin the field itself. Chikatsu Saisei uses a part of the casualty's body as a medium to heal the casualty's wounds. It requires an almost room-wide seal, and a lot of time. Unfortunately, this treatment's success rate isn't very high. Requirements (Hyuuga Medics): Hyuuga Channeling Rank 3, Hyuuga Intermediate Medic or Intermediate Medic. Requirements (else): Adept Medic Rank 4, Intermediate Medic. I changed it from 100% to 95%, and I also changed the speed thing to x2. About the scroll, you can get on AIM, but I will try and explain it here. The scroll is NOT Alchem family specific. It is just currently in the hands of the Alchem Family, or more specifically, entrusted to the Alchem family by Iwagakure no Sato. The only other technique I have on it, Forbidden Art #34; Kan-Laon, is not an Alchem specific jutsu. It is actually, oddly enough, another path of summoning jutsu. Also, a bit more clarity on the scroll. It is a piece of history that has been to many different villages and locations throughout history, and has had technique put on, erased from, replaced, etc. from it over time, but always keeping 77 techniques on it. It has for the last couple hundred years though been kept in Iwagakure, mostly due to the excellent hiding skills and protection of the Alchem family.

Instead of the Accuracy thing, why not have it that "the next attack peformed by the user is treated as though the target was under the effect of Half Opening to the jutsu used". Half Opening: The opponent has 1/2 their dodge % for their next response phase if you use x. x = a single, specific technique specified by the attack that caused this status effect I like that [Contant Full Opening would be pushing it even for a Kinjutsu]. Hm?
