Aisu Hada (Ice Body) Ninjutsu Techs:

Name: Ice Type: Heaven's Fury

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Requirements:Rank 1 Frozen Transformation, (Must be transformed)

Cost: 80

Damage: 20 per hit: Multi attack Jutsu (Max 3 attacks)

Effects: -20 Evasion stat when dodging this technique.

Description: Using the power to control ice at a whim, the user of this technique discreetly uses their chakra to condense and freeze the water in the air above the target. This forms Ice crystals above the target which drop suddenly upon the intended target. Because the attack is so sudden the opponent usually has little time to react for they are crushed under the ice.

Name: Ice Type: Frozen breath

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Requirements:Rank 1 Frozen Transformation. (Must be transformed)

Cost: 80 + 60 (upkeep for the second turn)

Damage: 20

Effects: Evasion -20 and Speed -40 for two turns.

Description: Using the power to control the cold the user of this Jutsu uses their chakra to manipulate the air around the target. The user then gathers chakra in their lungs and blows sending a chilling wind that blows the over the opponent. The sudden cold also slows down the opponent until they warm up again.

Type: Ninjutsu (Ice)

Rank: Chunnin

Requirements: Rank 2 Frozen Transformation. (Must be transformed)

Cost: 120

Damage: N/A

Effects:

Stunned: Lose your next Main Phase. Opponent is not affected by stun if they were stunned in the previous post.

Vulnerable: Lose your next Response Phase. Opponent is not affected by vulnerable if they were stunned in the previous post.

Disorganized: Lose your next Setup Phase. Opponent is not affected by disorganized if they were stunned in the previous post.

May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, two times by Chuunin and three times by Jounin. Cannont be used twice in a row on the same opponent.

Description: Manipulating the cold with their power over ice, The user consenses and Flash freezes the water around the opponent. This in turn Freezes and encases the opponent in a frozen block of ice, immobilizing them and leaveing them upable to attack or defend for a short period of time.

Name: Ice Type: Slienced Prisoner

Type: Ninjutsu (Ice)

Rank: Chunnin

Requirements: Rank 2 Frozen Transformation. (Must be transformed)

Cost: 96

Damage: 120

Effects: This technique cannot be used unless Frozen Prison was used the previous turn.

Description: While the opponent is trapped in the frozen prison the user completes their manuver by compressing the ice onto the opponent causing massive damage and somtimes breaking bones or even killing the opponent.

Name: Ice Type: Ice Interception Technique

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Jounin

Requirments: Rank 3 of Frozen Transformation. (Must be transformed)

Cost: x - z (X is equal to 1/2 the damage that would be taken otherwise and z is equal to the users level must always pay a minimum of 80 Chakra)

Damage: N/A

Effects: Used in the Response phase. This technique intercepts any RANGED attack on the user nulling the damage. User Skips their main phase. May be used only 3 times per battle.

Description: Forming ice shards with their chakra, the user send them out effectively intercepting and dispersing ranged Taijutsu and Ninjutsu attacks before they can do any damage.

Type: Ninjutsu

Requirements: Rank 3 in Frozen Transformation. (Must be transformed)

Rank: Jounin

Cost: 190

Damage: 80

Effects: Opponent is Vulnerable and Stunned their next turn, and then suffers the effects of frozen for one turn after that. May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, two times by Chuunin and three times by Jounin.

Vulnerable: Lose your next Response Phase. Opponent is not affected by vulnerable if they were stunned in the previous post. Duration: 1 turn.

Stunned: Lose your next Main Phase. Opponent is not affected by stun if they were stunned in the previous post. Duration: 1 turn

Frozen: Target's speed is at 75%. Ninjutsu/Genjutsu involving hand seals has a 5% chance to fail. Held items/weapons have a 5% chance to be dropped(unequipped) when used. Duration: 1 turn.

Description: Grabbing a hold on the opponent the user of this technique attempts to freeze the blood on the opponent. The sudden cold causes the the opponent to feel pain as their blood flow begins to slow, while the initial shock of the process leaves them stunned and vulnerable to further attack until the body has time to warm up

Ice clone jutsu - Denied, there is already a jutsu with the exact same effect.

-The Dp cap refers to the chakra cost doesn't it? It would be 120 woudln't it? that cap is 150.

Yes. That is a different point. I'm talking about damage and not damage points.

The Chuunin rank damage cap is 120 damage. 160 damage is 40 damage above that cap; breaking the damage cap.
