Kido Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 (edited) Name: Kumonendo - Spider Sticky Vomit Bloodline: Kurokumoushinja Type: Taijutsu [webbing] Rank: Chunnin Cost: 116 Damage: 20 Effect: Full opening for Kumoshinpuku Gachan Full Opening: The opponent has 0% chance to dodge for their next response phase if you use x. x = a single, specific technique specified by the attack that caused this status effect. Description: Emitting a stream of spider thread from their ejectors within their forearms, the user will wrap the threads around the target's face and arms, binding them temporarily but providing an opening for another attack. The opponent is bound in the webbing while still connected to his attacker. Whether the opponent is in the air or the ground, he can sling them wherever he wants. JP: 4 Name: Kumoshinpuku Gachan – Spider Pendulum Slam Bloodline: Kurokumoushinja Type: Taijutsu [webbing] Rank: Chunnin Cost: 105 Damage: 120 Effect: Prone effect for one turn Prone: +15% to hit with ranged weapons, can't relocate. -15% to dodge. -10% to hit with Taijutsu. 5% failure chance to all combat jutsu. Description: Taking the threads of the Kumonendo, the user swings the body caught within his web and releasing it towards a hard object for a respectable amount of damage while setting up for the next attack. JP: 5 Name: Amimonoito – Threads of webbing Bloodline: Kurokumoshinja Type: Taijutsu [webbing] Rank: Gennin Cost: 20x [x = number of weapons used] Damage: NA Effect: Setup phase technique; tensile strength of threads attached to projectile is equal to webbing strength. Thread is considered part of the battlefield and could only be neutralized if technique specifically intended to clear the battlefield is successful. -20 to enemy's evasion for projectile attacks which thread is attached to it. Description: Attaching the small armaments with thin yet strong webbing, it could be used for either assisting in the projectile's trajectory, or assisting the user in adding more of his webbings on the battlefield. Even if the attack misses the target, the weapon strikes an object and creates a sector of webbing from the user's original position to wherever it lands. Anything which hits against the webbing alerts the user as long as he is connected to it. JP: 1 Name: Amimono Boushoku – Web Weaving Bloodline: Kurokumoushinja Type: Taijutsu [webbing] Rank: Gennin Cost: 60 Damage: NA Effect: Area of Effect Jutsu. A technique performed with no hand seals. Webbing strength is the tensile strength of the webbings on the field. Webbing is considered part of the battlefield and could only be neutralized if technique specifically intended to clear the battlefield area is successful. Description: The user, purely out of the primal instinct to hunt its prey, conjures the secretion named sticky gold to create a quick set of tracking webs. Spinning around rapidly while launching a seemingly large set of webs which neither adheres nor hinders the opponents on the field, it acts purely as tracking markers for the user. Kouta Posted November 23, 2006 Posted November 23, 2006 Your first jutsu is widely undercosted. Full Opening costs 20 times the Jutsus point cost of jutsu X...Jutsu X is 5 JP...so 5 x 20 = 100 chakra right there. then you do 20...which costs 16..so the cost is 116....not 56. Second one is fine... Third one...seems pointless..what does it do?
Kido Posted November 24, 2006 Author Posted November 24, 2006 (edited) Thanks Kouta The first one I understand your example, but I thought that is what I was doing. If the damage for the technique is 20, then that is 1 JP. Adding the effect, that's another point, with that the cost for the effect is 40 with the attack itself being 16 making it 56. Do I have the logic wrong? [won't be the first time] Second one...Cool! Third technique works with the user bloodline skills. It is a way of delivering more webbing to the battlefield as well as in the future, assist with targeting. Edited November 24, 2006 by Gornok

JP: 2 The cost of the Full Opening is actually talking about the JP cost of the jutsu it opens for. So in this case the cost is based off of the JP cost for Kumoshinpuku Gachan. Kido Posted November 30, 2006 Author Posted November 30, 2006 Ok... I added the JP cost of the tech which it opens for... Switched the threads to the enemy's evasion...it made better sense
cntrstrk14 Posted December 2, 2006 Posted December 2, 2006 The first is suppose to be 4 JP, and the third, I think you mean -20 evasion, not +20.
almondsAndRain Posted March 12, 2023 Posted March 12, 2023 Moved to dead as Full Opening no longer exists and one of these debuffs an opponent as a setup phase action.
