Secret Alchem Style; Kyuukyoku Mangkukulaman (Alchem Hijutsu; Final God of Fire)

Type: Ninjutsu (Void)

Damage: 650

Effect: This ninjutsu requires no hand seals. Ignore enemy's defense, non-bloodline skills and equipment that redirects, subtracts or negates damage on this technique. If a ninjutsu shield that does not fit the above clause is used to block this technique, the attack hits the opponent as if the shield was not used and the shield technique cannot be used again for three turns. Can only be used two times a battle.

Description: The user coats their hand in visible gold and blue chakra. Using the chakra concentrated in their hand they perform an alchemic transmutation and extend the duration of the transmutation, causing anything to come in contact with their surface area during this time to have the bonds of their molecules broken apart, separated all into single atoms. This technique has an extended crackling sound, the same sound heard during alchemic transmutations. By concentrating more chakra and extending the surface area of the transmutation, the attack seems like a short blade that extends a foot off of the forearm of the user. The expertise used in this transmutation instantly cuts through any material put against it, and thus only very specialized means of defense can be used to counter its effects. This is a hidden technique of the Alchem clan and is only known by the clan head himself.

681-750 damage points– 11 tech points (700 = Max Ninjutsu Damage, the extra 200 can be used for effects)

751-820 damage points– 12 tech points (800 = Max Taijutsu Damage, the extra 100 can be used for effects)

821-900 damage points– 13 tech points

@ Nappers: Well, I thought the large amount of requirements would be able to account for the cost. Maybe jump the cost up to 900?
