Dimensional Mastery of the Flying Thunder God

Description: The owner of this skill has fully understood and comprehended the use of Forbidden Art #14; Flying Thunder God Technique (Hiraishin no Jutsu). With the use of this skill the user is able to extend the reversal of the summoning process to transport an additional person with them to the desired location. The effects of this ability though have limitations, requiring the person in question to be in physical contact with the user of the jutsu and they must also be mentally willing for the jutsu to extend to them. This is because the traversing of realms that is used during the summoning jutsu requires the alignment of the chakra between the summoner and the target of the summon. This is also the reason why a summoner needs to sign a contract with their summons before being able to bring them to our own realm, and also the reason why when calling a specific summon, many times the summon will not appear for no other reason than they did not feel like it.

Effect: Allows the user to transport an additional person via Forbidden Art #14; Flying Thunder God Technique. Within battle this allows the user to give the bonus of Forbidden Art #14; Flying Thunder God Technique to another person in battle, but requires the use of the entire response phase action to make physical contact, unless physical contact is already made prior to the user’s turn. Only one person can receive the bonus per use of the technique within battles. The number of ranks is the amount of people that can be transported at a single time, which only apllies to RP after the first rank.

I'd like the ranks to be limited to 2 or 3 and the cost upped to 2 or 3 given that this is expanding the use of a technique that is already forbidden.

The requirements needs to be expanded [this is something I was meant to have said months ago], the technique should also be something that the Konoha council know though they mightn't have trained it to anyone- and the Hokage, if present, having the option to teach it to peoples [though of course this will probably never happen].

I knocked the ranks down to three, since that could be an entire four cell ninja team.

As for the cost, I would like to discuss leaving it at -1 and possibly changing the effects. As I have them the effects are mainly for RP purposes. I think the scope of the skill should also be considered, seeing how this only comes into play when the single jutsu is used, making it less effective than skills that take effect at all times or for a group of jutsu.

what about just making the jutsu kinda... AoE? teleport everyone together, including baddies? that would be interesting... teleport them back to your home base >_>

Because that would be overpowered. I could just a lot of reduction to say.. fire, and then teleport me and the baddies to a field of fire.

Or like, since I can fly, just teleport everyone a mile straight up and see who lives. If That doesn't work, how bout the bottom of the ocean, I don't need to breathe either.

Etc.

Meaning that every time that someone uses the technique the 'other person' automatically gets the same bonus? Or what?

It means the targetted person gets the bonus from the technique instead of the user getting the bonus. I put in that only one person gets the bonus per use of the technique, this includes the user himself.

Meaning in battle, I touch someone and they get teleported to the point instead of myself.
