Bloodline: NPC Only Description: This Chuunin is excellent at teaching and is considered to be just as capable as most Jounin Effect: This character gives other's a +1 EXP/line bonus to their training. Replaces their normal bonus if they have one. Cost: -2 Can't remember if this was made, just something for an NPC I don't want to level to Jounin.
