Requires the use of one kunai. Description: Using his instance strobe style, Tsubasa will cause the opponent to have a momentary paralysis of the body and mind, giving them the illusion that time skipped ahead a few seconds. Within this time, Tsubasa will draw a kunai from his pouch and launch it with a blast of stamina and chakra from his hand. Because of his knack of wearing long sleeve shirts that cover most of his hand this technique looks slightly like a cannon launching, hence the name. Points: 4 Instance Strobe Style; Wind Thrust (Sutorobu-isshun Taipu; Kaze Suiryoku) Type: Taijutsu/Genjutsu (Instance Strobe Style; Personal: Endō Tsubasa) Rank: Genin Cost: 20 Chakra; 20 Stamina Damage: 10 Damage Effects: This techniques accuracy and evasion are determined by concentration. The next Instance Strobe Style technique used within the next two turns has a +10% chance to hit. Description: Using his instance strobe style, Tsubasa will cause the opponent to have a momentary paralysis of the body and mind, giving them the illusion that time skipped ahead a few seconds. Within this time, Tsubasa will thrust his index and middle finger into the opponent’s sternum, causing them to have chest pains that will disrupt their concentration. Points: 3
Azure Posted September 24, 2007 Posted September 24, 2007 Bump up all the JP by one, because all Hybrids cost +1 JP than normal, says the main site. And In the second jutsu, raise the 2x to 4x, at maximum it will be a cost of 48 (50 with the added 1 Stamina and 1 Chakra) and equal 60 damage. That's how I look at it anyway.
