Effect: Dragon's skin: dragon's breath can be applied to all fire jutsus. Cost: -1 Requirements:Dragon's skin: dragon's breath, must know at least 1 clan and 1 normal fire jutsu Skill Name: As natural as breathing lvl 2 Bloodline: Dragon's skin Description: By continuing their training with fire, the user's body has adapted to fire to the point where fire jutsus can be readily used without any handseals Effect: hand seals are no longer required to use fire jutsus Cost: -2 requirements:Chuunin. must know As natural as breathing lvl 1 and have at least 5 different fire jutsus. oh and link to the bloodline/skill Edited October 9, 2007 by Shades
