Multi-attack rules apply. Maximum of 450 chakra may be spent on ‘x' in this way. User and allies may not take damage from AoE damage if it is chosen. Maximum of 850 chakra may be spent on ‘x' in this way. For every 75 damage an opponent is dealt the user may choose to spend 30y, which will inflict burned upon that opponent for a turn each time it is paid, may not exceed four turns per opponent. The combined cost of this jutsu can never exceed 900 chakra. This technique cannot be blocked or negated by any technique of Wind element or lower than Sennin level. No seals are required for this jutsu. Description: The ultimate control of Fire type jutsu. The user ,with the aid of alchemy and a simple snap of their fingers, changes the oxygen content of the air within the battlefield and erupts it with a small electrical spark. The result is a violent, yet precise, series of explosions which can devastate enemy forces. If focused, it can deal a devastating blow to a single target, or if need be, it can be used to take out multiple targets in a field. Depending on the intensity and amount of oxygen created in the surrounding area, the user can also control how badly the opponent will be burned by the following eruptions. This technique was created and mastered by Alchem Syaoran and can only be taught to those of high talent and ability keen to his own. The control and range of ability of this technique has brought fame to Syaoran and truly exemplifies his expertise in the field of Ninjutsu as well as his own bloodline.
