Wind Type; Infusion (Fūton; Senyaku)

Type: Ninjutsu (Wind)

Rank: Genin

Cost: 5x Chakra

Damage: n/a

Effects: Used in the Setup Phase. The user targets x small weapons they currently have. Until the end of the turn all target weapons are modified by Ninjutsu instead of Taijutsu and are considered "Wind" element. Accuracy is still used for damage calculations and all other weapon rules are followed.

Description: The user channels a small amount of wind chakra into each of their small weapons before throwing them. When thrown, the chakra expands and swirls in front of the projectile, creating a small vacuum that causes the projectile to speed up to try and fill the lower air pressure being created.

Wind Type; Ripgale (Fūton; Shibbuuretsu)

Type: Ninjutsu (Wind)

Rank: Genin

Cost: 80 Chakra

Damage: 40 Damage

Effects: If the opponent is under the effects of "Vulnerable", treat them as if they are "Exposed" as well for this attack.

Description: The user wraps wind chakra along their dominant forearm and swings it from their hip upwards across their body. As they swing they release the chakra, creating a strong scythe of wind. This technique can be quite devastating, but at this level it is hard to control and thus can only be fully taken advantage of if the opponent cannot move.

Wind Type; Cyclone Disk (Fūton; Teikiatsu Enban)

Type: Ninjutsu (Wind)

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 30x Chakra

Damage: 28 Damage per Disk

Effects: A maximum of 4 disks may be thrown, x pertains to the number of disks. For every disk thrown, this jutsu gains an additional +1% chance to hit. This is a multi-hit jutsu.

Description: Spinning a disk of wind chakra on the palm of their hand, the user will quickly flick their wrist and throw it like a frisbee. This action must be done quickly as trying to hold a disk of wind becomes problematic and will eventually break apart. Because of this though the user may throw multiple small disks very quickly.
