Dependent

Description: Life is a stone-cold bitch, but you refuse to be one too. You have a dependent, be it child, disabled parent, or younger sibling; even someone not related to you- that can't fend for themselves. Your family or clan can't help you with the situation either; because they're either poor themselves, too busy with other affairs, or they're dead. But you can't let your family starve, you can't let them be hurt, you can't "let your little sister cry."

Effect: The user has a dependent as described above. This skill may be taken multiple times, and the effects stack, but each time it is taken the user must specify their dependent. The user must pay 25% of their monetary rewards to the upkeep and care of their dependent, and they will also suffer a 25% EXP Penalty [for 1 month of OOC time, or 10000 words of RP whichever happens first] if the dependent is hurt severely or killed. [Hurt severely as in maimed, permanently lost of limb, etc]. If the dependent is killed, and suffers a 20% EXP penalty [for 2 months OOC time or 20000 words of RP, whichever takes longer]. This skill is still used, but the 25% money is spent in paying back funeral costs, making offerings to shrines and of apology to the dead dependent, and also making charitable donations.

EXP loss was more of a 'flavor' thing I tacted on there at the last moment, though I forgot to put a time duration, fuuu.

For +2, I'd take out the "monetary rewards from Missions" part, seeing as depending on how the character is played you might never see either of these penalties.

I had the missions part because there are 2-3 other skills with teh same reference, but that's fine. It's done.
