Upgrading Cleaver

Ok, so I asked in Q&A and I'm allowed to redeem my blacksmith vouchers to buy levels for the Cleaver in the future. When its training is complete, the Cleaver will be level 20. So I'm spending $800 worth of vouchers to give it levels from that point.

Anyways, 13 levels on a large weapon comes to 780.

I'll let the other 20 on the vouchers go.
