If used on an ally, object in the user's possession, or an object in an ally's possession that object gains the attribute or skill 'Jutsu Shiki'. Alternatively, a melee attack used in the following Main Phase may gain the ability to apply 'Jutsu Shiki' to an opponent or object in the possession of a successfully hit opponent. Description: A basic method of sealing, the Jutsu Formula is composed entirely of the user’s chakra and by itself has no effect on the object it is placed on. Ingenious ninja in the past have developed a myriad of uses for the formula. The seal itself creates a connection to the one that made it that knows to spacial bounds.
