Phasing Thunder God | Tenshin Hiraishin no Jutsu | 転進飛雷神の術

Effects: Used in the Response Phase. Dodges all attacks aimed at the user this turn. User loses their next Main Phase. The value of x is equal to the cost of all incoming attacks. Must have an object with a Seal; Jutsu formula (術式, "Jutsu-shiki") created by the user in possession. May be use two (2) times per battle.
Description: Through the application of Hiraishin no Jutsu, the user phases themselves out of existence on this plane for a duration of time. Within this time the user is within the plane of the summons, where the legendary and mythical beings that ninja summon live. When this technique is used, the user leaves behind some item with Seal; Jutsu formula (術式, "Jutsu-shiki") upon it, and when returning use that item to guide them back. The time that can be spent within the summon plane is limited, as they do not actually fully exist, their body only being projected into this realm. Their existence is actually being stretched between the two worlds, trying to ricochet back to its own plane. With practice this time can be extended, but only through extensive use of this type of technique.

Designer Notes

- Previous version
- No changes. Was in the thread with Hirashin, and that is getting resubmitted.

- Did not make this require the new Hirashin skill because its a by the books Sennin RPJ, just with Hirashin flavor.

- Increased cost to 600.

- Decreased to one use per battle.

I don't find a flat cost acceptable for dodging multiple attacks at all. I think if you were to come up with a scaling mechanic similar to Kamui this would be something that would be much easier to digest.

The only other way I would be down with an idea that did something like this would be if it came with a pretty sizeable cool-down. (I might actually prefer this idea better.) Since the likelihood of using this when you're not having multiple attacks rained down on you is pretty slim, it is safe to say that this will only see use when its getting value for the number of attacks. 2-3 Turns of no RPJ's could help justify the chakra that you're saving.
