-Hair: Kia's straight hair is usually worn down and it come past her mid back. Here hair is always jet-black with streaks of purple mixed in.

-Eyes: Her eyes are purple (yes purple) which works well with her hair.

-Clothing: Kia usually wears normal ninja attire, or so she says. Her ‘modified' attire allowed her to reveal a good amount of her body and her curves but not enough to show everything. This usually makes boys stare but that's exactly how she likes it. The more the gawk the more favors she gets.

-Physical Description: Kia's body is defiantly one to stare at. Sleek and tone and very much attractive. She's may not be the strongest person around, but she has many other qualities, physically that get her ahead. She makes sure to keep herself looking beautiful and healthy all the time.

~History~

Background: Kia's childhood was rather spoiled. Her parents were rather wealthy in their country, and would spoil Kia to death. Everything she wanted she would get. It had been that way ever since she was a little girl. After turning 6, young Kia decided she wanted to become a ninja. Her parents, who never usually said no, urged her to try to pick something else. Kia, however, would not take no for an answer. She had her parents hire a trainer for her at her so that she may learn to be a ninja before actually applying for the academy.

Kia may have been a spoiled brat, but when she put her mind to something, she did it. She trained hard and vigorously under her master, who had been a retired Jounin from the Hidden Village of Sound. After about two years Kia had actually developed into a rather nice fighter. When she was 8 Kia had finally reached the jounin's expectations of her. The jounin knew that Kia's physical strength would not hold up against other ninja, but her mind was incredibly sharp and she became very skilled at deception.

When she was 9 she entered the Sound village's academy and began her formal training to become a ninja. She had found it difficult at first since she wasn't that strong at all, but at around this time her body also began to bloom. Since she was still young it seemed like nothing at first, but then she saw how men would do anything for an attractive girl. At this point she began to flaunt herself a bit. By ten, just about every guy in her class wanted to be with her. This didn't make the girls too happy, to say the least.

Kia's grades were top notch but her physical combat was a bit low. When it came to fighting guys she didn't have to do much. A little wink and a hair flip always made them give up. Girls, however, were eager to kick Kia's butt. After some embrassing defeats Kia was able to come up with strategies to beat the girls as well. Her mind was a great weapon indeed, as Kia found ways using Ninjutsu and Genjutsu to lure the girl into traps.

By 12 Kia was graduating the academy with top marks. Her mind was the sharpest around which made up for lack of physical strength. Though her mother and father were proud of their daughter, to Kia this wasn't enough. She wanted everyone to know who she was and to be proud of her. So her next goal is to climb to the top and become and elite ninja. Now Kia is 13 and is waiting for her next step, the assignment to a three-man team and the arrival of a new jounin trainer for her.

~Persona~

Personality: Kia is devious to say the least. She flaunts herself without shame because she knows she can get what she wants. With a body to die for, Kia finds ways to manipulate everyone around her. She may be spoiled but this girl is certainly not dependant. She is very fierce and very determined. Beware the rose, for its thorns are sharp.

Likes: Men… She loves them because she can always get what she wants. Money power all of these things interest her. Maybe someday someone will teach her that there are more, better, and more special things in life.

Dislikes: Females. They annoy her. Most of the time they are jealous of her but she will keep a few ‘followers' around her.

Bunshin no Jutsu (Clone Technique)

Description: Creates illusionary replicas of the user. They are unable to attack or interact with other objects, but can serve as good distractions.

Damage: None

Effects: Adds +5 evasion and +5 accuracy for each clone. Once a clone is hit it is destroyed, and the bonuses with it.

Name: Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique)

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Academy Student

Cost: 5 Genjutsu

Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You can still use the features of the thing you can become, e.g use the claws of a clawed animal, but not to the extent of if you actually were that thing.

Damage: None

Effects: Change your appearance.

Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Academy Student

Cost: 10 Ninjutsu

Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. You can only use this 3 times per battle.

Damage: None

Effects:Evade the next attack aimed at you. You are unable to attack the opponent the turn you use this. You can only use this 3 times per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.

Air Slicing Blast (Zankuuha)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 40 Ninjustu/ 50 Ninjutsu with Air Pressure Device.

Effects: 40 Damage/ 55 Damage with Air Pressure Device.

Description: A Jutsu which allows the user to freely control super sonic sound waves and air pressure. The cannons that are their arms can create blasts powerful enough to even destroy rock.

Mythical Fire Flower (Katon Housenka)

Type: Ninjutsu (Fire)

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 20 per fireball

Damage: 20 per fireball

Effect: This skill may be used to launch multiple fireballs in one action. Each fireball beyond the first becomes progressivly easier to dodge; add 20 to the relevant stat when attempting to dodge any fireball beyond the first. This skill may also be used to target multiple people. One fireball per target suffers no negative penalties, but if ever multi-targetting and striking any target with more than one fireball, that target receivs a bonus of 30 to the relevant stat to dodge each fireball.

Description: The ninja draws in a large breath of fire and shoots it out in many quite fast, small fireballs. Due to the nature the fireballs deal less damage than a single attack but may be used to hammer a target or strike multiple foes.

You need to specify what element your character is afraid of in the skill name, otherwise, looks pretty good to me.
