  1. I will add the final Approval acknowledging the above caveats
  2. This is looking better. The final skill is lego-blocking in a way I don't like with your other skill from your clan skills post though (both adding to results of dodge roll via specialties). For ease of approval from me and other staff I would recommend merging the two posts so we can look at the clan skill as a whole.
  3. Increasing your dodge roll by 2x is way way too strong. I would increase the result of the dodge roll by a flat number. 2x could still work here, it starts at 2 and ramps to 10. Also you will need a clause that says you cannot modify dodge rolls of 5 or less. I would word it "The user increases the results of their dodge rolls against Genjutsu techniques by 2x, where x is the number of elemental specialties the user has. This skill cannot modify dodge rolls with a result of 5 or less."
  4. This is approvable as is, but I don't want to approve something with an organization restriction until after the organization itself is approved. If you don't care about the restriction too much you can remove it or we can wait for the organization to be finished.
  5. Guardian Spirits: Dodge Range isn't a term we use. You'll want to increase the results of dodge rolls instead.
  6. For flat stat increases like this you're not gonna get away with the upkeep cost, it should be increased to the base upkeep most Advanced Systems use. Avatar state: This will need to state a cap for stat increases. Increasing two stats by 2x is pretty bonkers. Stat increases also can't go above 1.5x of their base. Elementalist: This should probably state that you can't select a specialty you don't own, just to make it extra clear. It also needs to be slightly reworded. "The user of this skill selects an element specialty per rank. When the Avatar AS is active, the effect of the chosen element specialty possessed by the character is increased by 1.5x its normal value." Elemental Bond: This needs reworded. I'm not sure exactly how to word it atm I'm a bit tired but it should clarify subtle elements that match the chosen specialty taken each rank. Lasting Whispers: almondsandRain isn't a description lol. Also, this needs to be reworded some. I'm not sure what you mean by +1 to accuracy rolls. Chance to hit? Since we don't roll for attacks currently that does nothing. For the dodge effect it should say "the results of dodge rolls made by the owner of this skill are increased by 1 per elemental specialty possessed."
  7. Family Name: Sentinels of the Tōketsu Ten Species: Saint Bernard Family Element: Alcohol History: Yuki no Kuni is known as one of the harshest climates in the shinobi world. Jagged mountain peaks of sheer stone, draping incredible amounts of snow and ice from the mountaintops. Even in the summer months, which rarely bring temperatures above freezing, the country is considered inhospitable to many. Peoples the world over have long told tales of the blinding snowstorms, of caravans or hunting parties disappearing into the white mists of death never to be seen again. Through the stories of the harsh land which takes the lives of all those who come to it unprepared though, there also exists the legends of the Sentinels of the Tōketsu Ten, who appear from the mists and storms as saviors of the doomed travelers. These gigantic hounds of the country’s uppermost mountains appear to those who are lost, shielding them from the cold with their thick fur and staving off starvation with their heavy medicinal alcohol carried around their necks in thick wooden kegs. Those who live to tell these tales are not often believed, yet the legends remain of dying men who awaken at a glittering golden shrine atop Yuki no Kuni’s highest mountain; brought back to health by the great hounds and the ascetic tribe of hunters who live among them. Level 0 - Kozō Level 1 - Kōsetsu Level 2 - Nadare Level 3 - Jōzō Level 4 - Yama
  8. Internal Furnace With the mastery of fire, some inherit an inner heat that becomes more substantive in nature than a simple control of the element of flame Effects: Once per turn, while performing a Fire Element attack or an attack of an Element that requires Subtle Elements; Fire, the user may choose not to regenerate Chakra at the end of their turn to add one turn of Burning; X to the attack. X is equal to the amount of Chakra that they would have regenerated at the end of their turn. Requirements: Subtle Elements; Fire. Contract Manager; Sentinels of the Tōketsu Ten. 20 posts of training. Cost: -3.
  9. The way this is formatted and outlined is currently not approvable. The way the effect has been written isn't in line with the way we like to see effects worded. Is your intent for this weapon's basic strikes to have a 10% chance to cause vulnerable? If that's the case, that is already an effect in the Blacksmith forge and vulnerable is not a legal status for it, as the CP cost is too high. "Affliction: [Status Effect] Some weapons have been imbued with chakra or crafted in a way to cause them to inflict more than just raw damage to the body. A weapon with this attribute has the potential to afflict a target with one (1) turn of a status effect when successfully struck. The status effect is chosen at the time of purchase. Once per attack with this weapon the user may choose to increase the cost of the attack by 0.5x, where x is the CP value of the chosen status effect. If they do, they may add the chosen status effect to a single strike of their weapon attack. Status effects with a CP value of 50 or higher, or any status effect with a variable cost may not be chosen for this attribute. Restrictions: A weapon may never have more than one 'Affliction' attribute. Cost: 両10x"
  10. I'm still getting 3,600 stats total, not counting the 100 from the equipment Scratch that I missed Chakra Training, would be nice to see that added in separately like you did with the equipment bonus. That said, I can app it but you've only got 26/30 JP and only 2/3 chunin techs is that on purpose?
  11. Level 1- Togabito, Kyodai Appearance: The size of the largest birds of prey, Togabito is the Kyodai of his Oyabun’s direct branch of thugs. As the “big brother” to the many scattered underbosses he is looked up to by the many “little brothers” within the Conglomerate. As such Togabito believes it important to keep himself preened and clean constantly. Besides the large coin necklace he wears on his neck and the interlayed gold rings he has across his wings, he looks relatively regular for a magpie aside from his size. Personality: Togabito is cocksure and overestimates his place within the Conglomerate. His status of the go-between of his smaller brethren and his Shingiin, Tōzoku, has left him with an inflated ego and sense of self. Nonetheless, he is competent at his job if not overly annoying when speaking to those he thinks are below him. Which is most people. -Stats- Total: 3500 (Health Power) 500 (Stamina) 100 (Chakra) 400 (Taijutsu) 0 (Defense) 400 (Ninjutsu) 0 (Genjutsu) 500 (600) (Concentration) 500 (Speed) 600 (Accuracy) 0 (Evasion) 500 Skills Combinatorial; Sound May use Sound Element techniques. The first strike of a Sound element attack also afflicts its target with one (1) turn of 'Deafened'. In addition, the user may choose to apply the bonus from one of the Subtle Elements skills required to learn this element if they own it. Cost: -0 SP (Free with Clan Element) Elemental Archetype Effect: Users that focus on this archetype will gain the ability to use the Subtle Element and Combinatorial Element skills with Genjutsu techniques, replacing any physical damage bonuses with ghost damage. In addition, the user will receive +5% to their base ghost damage when they use elemental Genjutsu. The player still needs to have the Subtle Element and Combinatorial skills to use corresponding Genjutsu of that element. Cost: -1 SP Genjutsu Shaper Effect: When using a Genjutsu attack on an opponent the user may choose one (1) status effect. The first time a Concentration based strike from that attack with the chosen status effect hits an opponent there is a chance the duration of that status effect is increased by one (1) turn, based on the rank of this skill. This will not allow you to break the maximum turn duration of any status effect. Does not work with Bleeding, Burning or Poison status effects. Rank 2: On a Concentration dodge roll of a 1-40, the chosen status effect last one turn longer. Cost: -2 SP Savior Effect: Once per team battle you may choose to take an attack in place of your ally without need for any rolls. Apply all armors against this attack regardless of if it is supposed to bypass armor or not. When you take the hit, you gain a +100 to Defense. Cannot be used against Genjutsu. Cost: -1 SP Genjutsu Creator (Rank 1) Effect: Genjutsu reduces non-tank stats of opponents by 5x additional points per rank in this skill, where x is equal to your ninja rank. If an attack reduces multiple non-tank stats the user may choose to divide this bonus between those stats however they want. You may never apply more than 10 combined ranks of Genjutsu Creator, Martial Artist, and Ninjutsu Mastery to a single attack. Ranks in this skill may be purchased once every five (5) levels.
