Guest Hiro
You will need an upkeep cost, and the cost in generasl will need to be higher.

Azure
State that the stat may not be increased 1.5x of its base. 80 is also the max Taijutsu damage; so lower it. And for the second one, is it a 10% base damage or an additional 10% when all the mods are calculated in?
Red Death
i think i got it so i changed the things around the way i think you you said it.
Azure
I'm going to have to Deny the second jutsu because it'll break the Gennin damage cap.
Red Death
i changed it, i put #2 20 under in damage and multiplyed that by 1.5 to get cost
cntrstrk14
Capitalization and spacing, please. Also, make these static costs. No percentiles on techniques outside sennin level and/or status effects.
Red Death
Ok but I want the first justu to raise stats how will i do that?..... can I?
cntrstrk14
yes, but say it raises it by like 20 points, then follow the stat addition rule on the site. also, u cannot spend that much on the second tech
Red Death
oh ok got ya editing right now I lowered the damage to lower the cost and I put the stat raiser from 20% to 5% Edited August 7, 2007 by Red Death
Hooligan
Stunned: Lose your next Main Phase. Opponent is not affected by stun if they were stunned in the previous post. May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, three times by Chuunin and six times by Jounin.Max Duration: 1 turn DP: 50 Let's see, 65 damage + 50 DP from "Stunned" = 115 DP Genin0-20 damage points - 1 tech point 21-40 damage points - 2 tech points 41-60 damage points - 3 tech points (60 = Max Ninjutsu/Genjutsu Damage, the extra 20 can be used for effects) 61-80 damage points - 4 tech points (80 = Max Taijutsu Damage) 115 DP > 80 DP (80 being the Genin cap) So, either lower the damage to 30 or get rid of "Stunned" and lower the damage by 5. Also I don't think you can boost stats by a percent outside Sennin\Kage level, not sure on that one though.
Red Death
Thanks man that really helped me. Hopefully at least 1 gets approved.
Azure
Do you mean +20 Ninjutsu? OR Taijutsu or Genjutsu, 'attack' is just too general. And the second one's cost can be lowered to 60 if it's just attacking. Besides 95 breaks the Gennin DP cost. Shadow
Name: Lighting strike (first shot)Type: Ninjustu Lightning Rank: gennin Cost: 50 (static) damage: N/A Effects:gives the user a 20 point speed and attack (stat may not be increased 1.5x of its base). Description:the user does 5 seals and summons a very powerful thunder bolt from the sky that goes throughout the users body and charges it with lighting. Requirement: N/A Points:1 Okay first of all. Cost says 50 Static? That isn't needed. Effects 20 points to speed and attack. Attack isn't a stat, Please name Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, or Genjutsu (Since those are attacking stats). Please Reread the section on ninjutsu stat increase on the main site, under Jutsu rules. Also, please read what Cntr wrote on space, capiolization, and puncutation. Name: Lighting strike (second shot) Type: Ninjustu Lightning Rank: gennin Cost: 95 (static) damage:60 Effects: N/A Description:After completeing the first shot the user does 6 seals and a final one like a triangle to aim and fires a bolt of lighting at the enemy . Requirement:you have to have already used "Lighting strike (first shot)" Points:3 Cost would be 60 normally, since you have a required attack before this you can make it 50 instead. Then see above for grammer things. Edited August 8, 2007 by Shadow

Warr
No, it doesn't count. Stat AdditionsNinjutsu can only raise the Resistance, Defense, Concentration, Accuracy, Speed and Evasion Stats. -Stat Addition Ratios --Genin 1:1 --Chuunin 4:5 --Jounin+ 2:3 *Pay 80% of original price for every turn after that, max of 4 turns. These percentiles are for any type of upkeep. *Stat addition cannot increase your stats more than 1.5x, (x = your base stat) You can't add points to your Taijutsu stats with Ninjutsu. On top of that, it'd be 40 DP otherwise, so it'd be 2 JP. Second one's DP ratio is off, it should cost 60 Chakra/Require 60 Ninjutsu, and it should cost 3 JP. These look like Chain Opening jutsu, so I suggest you read up on that, as well.
