Nagori
Name: Fuuton: Kaze Supaiku no Jutsu (Wind Style: Wind SpikeTechnique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 150 Damage: 60 Effects: Victim is "Susceptible" for one turn, and any armor worn on the chest, stomach, or body is considered broken and have all of their effects and bonuses nullified for the rest of the battle; the victim may still repair the armor if outfitted with the "Indestructible" attribute once the match is finished. Description: After performing the necessary hand signs, the user of this technique spreads their arms straight out towards his or her sides. They then use their chakra to condense and rotate the wind in front of their open palms. Though a full orb isn't necessarily formed, small semi-visible spirals of air rotate within both of their hands. In a swift motion, the user brings their hands together, palms facing towards their enemy. When the two spirals collide, their rotations fuse and a large burst of wind is launched towards the opponent. As the blast gets closer, its tip forms a triangular drill shape meant to plow into the opponent, spinning its tip into the enemy. If used correctly, the piercing and spinning rotation of the technique can rendor any body armor useless. Points: 5 Name: Fuuton: Kaze Doriru no Jutsu (Wind Style: Wind Drill Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Jounin Cost: 380 Damage: 100 Effects: Victim is "Susceptible" and "Exposed" for one turn, "Dizzy" for two turns, "Confused" for three turns, and any armor worn on the chest, stomach, or body is considered broken and have all of their effects and bonuses nullified for the rest of the battle; the victim may still repair the armor if outfitted with the "Indestructible" attribute once the match is finished. (Victim is Susceptible, Exposed, Dizzy, and Confused during the turn they are hit, Dizzy and Confused for the following turn, and Confused for their third turn). Description: After performing the necessary hand signs, the user of this technique spreads their arms straight out towards his or her sides. They then use their chakra to condense and rotate the wind in front of their open palms. Unlike the earlier rank of this jutsu, large spheres of swirling wind are now visible. In a swift motion, the user brings their hands together, palms facing towards their enemy. When the two spheres collide, their rotations fuse and an even larger burst of wind is launched towards the opponent. As the blast gets closer, its tip forms a triangular drill shape meant to plow into the opponent, spinning its tip into the enemy. If used correctly, the piercing and spinning rotation of the technique can rendor any body armor useless. In addition, the victim is left rather open for an attack and find themselves disoriented, having been not only struck hard in the chest, but sent spiraling backwards. Points: 8 (+3 if Kaze Supaiku no Jutsu is known) Edited April 17, 2008 by Kodate

Nagori
I figured as much. So what cost would you think worthy for that kind of thing?
