Effect: Skill taker may purchase “Path of the Assassin” regardless of their base path.

Bloodline: None; Ōshiro Syndicate
Description: A welcoming into the fold of the Ōshiro Syndicate means a web of mob connections that is both known and feared. These crafty and charismatic shinobi are well known for their ability to extract every last penny from merchants and dealers alike, especially when they find themselves willing to part with their own goods.
Effect: Items sold back to the site are sold at 75% of their original purchase price instead of 50%.

Vengeance triggering on every strike is too strong. Every attack would be better, but it's still potentially very, very strong.

Yeah that's why I said purchase price. The language is there so you can't do exactly that.

Original's the term that stood out to me, since you can easily argue the -original- price is the price before a bonus. But if we're on the same page, it's fine.

A big, damage-soaky build with 3000 Health could take 2k health damage and then have a 60% chance to deal a bonus 500 damage every attack. I'm thinking 10% of the damage dealt to the user.
