Katon: Haisekishō | Fire Release; Ash Product Burning | 火遁・灰積焼
Type: Ninjutsu [Fire | Sarutobi]
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 300 Chakra
Damage: See Effects
Effects: Deals 30 Area of Effect damage to all enemies. Adds the climate 'Volcanic Ash' to the battlefield for three (3) turns. If the climate 'Volcanic Ash' is on the battlefield already, the user may instead choose to use the secondary effect of this jutsu instead.

Effects [Volcanic Ash]: Deals 320 damage and target is 'Scorched' for three (3) turns. In addition, the climate 'Volcanic Ash' is removed from the battlefield. If Katon: Haisekishō was the source of the climate 'Volcanic Ash', this jutsu costs 45x less Chakra to use, where x is equal to the number of turns remaining on the 'Volcanic Ash' climate. This effect may only be used if 'Volcanic Ash' is on the battlefield and is used in replacement of the first effect.
Description: The user spews a stream of chakra-infused gunpowder from their mouth, which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. However, this technique requires keen senses to read the air currents, the insight to read the movements of the enemy, the tactical experience to not also enfold one's allies in the flames, and careful attention for the timing of the ignition.

Notes
- The original can be found
here.
- Resubmitted mostly to make it pretty and to give this awesome canon technique some justice.

- Double JP because this is effectively two techniques.

- Was going to reduce the JP of the second section by -1, but because it also removes the original terrain and costs less if it does I kept it the same.
