Hinshi Parry & Defend Refund

I have two ranks of Parry and Defend on my katana Hinshi. I want to reduce this to one rank due to the change to Parry and Defend. The sword had these attributes on the original, which was a GM reward. Requesting the value of the two ranks ($400).
