Description: With enough practice and creativity, the user becomes limber enough to throw a kunai into the air as they are battling their opponent. From there, a well-placed frontflip kick will send the kunai careening toward this jutsu's victim. The goal of this jutsu isn't to kill, but to maim and bleed the opponent in order to weaken them. As the opponent is distracted with their wounds, the user typically has enough time to square their weapon away and quickly get back into the fight. Jutsu Points: 3 Spoiler Bloodletting Strike Type: Taijutsu [Lotus | Weapon; Medium Dagger] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 70 Stamina Damage: 0 Effect: 75 bleed damage for one (1) turn. Description: The user simply gouges their dagger into the chest of the recipient. Nothing flashy, just slashy. Jutsu Points: 3 Spoiler *Ignore the Kick* Yamanaka Barrage Type: Taijutsu [Lotus | Personal Hijutsu: Yamanaka Fuguai ] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 75 Stamina + 17x Stamina Damage: 25 per strike Effect: This technique has x strikes, where x is a maximum of two. The first strike of this technique inflicts one turn of ‘Prone’ and 'Shackled; Paired Legs.’ Description: The user sends a flurry of quick movements toward the opponent, lifting them into the air. When the time comes, they perform another acrobatic move in order to send them crashing back into the earth below. While the strikes themselves aren't exactly powerful, their precise placements will shatter the opponents equilibrium, allowing for a better chance of the next combo or attack to strike. almondsAndRain Posted November 26, 2021 Posted November 26, 2021 Kunai Kick This looks seriously overpriced? 37 (50 Bleed) + 20 (30 damage) = 57. Even if we accounted for the small weapon tag... which we don't have rules for and so it doesn't currently do anything... this unequips your weapon and makes you wait a turn to retrieve it. Bloodletting Strike 40 (75 Bleed) + 30 (Weapon tech) = 70, so this is also overpriced. And it needs to state the size of the dagger - I'm assuming Medium, but if it's supposed to be a small weapon please refer to my comment on Kunai Kick Yamanaka Barrage A few things on this one. The first is some advice: if the first strike inflicts Prone and Shackled instead, the target has to respond to the second strike while under those effects. The second is that the damage line should say "25 per strike," because as written the amount of damage each strike deals increases by 25 as you get more strikes involved. The last thing is that as this tech has two options, you need to pay more JP. Both option is a 4JP effect, so you'll be paying 8.

And yes. the first technique does unequip your weapon. clarified it by adding something in the description. this way it can unequip it while the user still maintains possession of it.

Kunai Kick Looks like you added a medium weapon tag, so some of the numbers have changed slightly. First, you’re underpaying on the stamina. It should be 77 Stamina since Medium Weapons at chuunin add 30 cp. Since that leaves your total CP between 61-90cp, the JP cost should be 3JP. So good news is that you’re actually saving one JP. Here is the math for all this. 20 (30 damage * 2/3 ratio) + 27 (Bleeding) + 30 (weapon) = 77 CP and 3 JP Bloodletting Strike Overall, your numbers look good. You’re overpaying by 1 JP though. Meaning it should cost 3 JP, not 4 JP. Here is the math for this one: 75 (Bleed) * 2/3 = 50 * 0.8 = 40 + 30 (Weapon Jutsu) = 70 This is between 61-90CP, so it's 3 JP Yamanaka Barrage A few edits here just to clean things up a bit.. Se funciona, creo .. edits: some wording in the tags was reworded, brought to my attention via almonds discord pm and also the requirement section for the weapon techs was taken out bc .. it was redundant. Everything else remains. edit #2: another discord message revealed that the first technique can receive a -10 stamina discount due to the weapon being unequipped during the attack.
