Description: User has become familiar enough with the offensive style of Austral Shinjutsu enough to use it in battle and cause a small pulse of chakra to emanate from the site of impact. There are seven place on the body which may be struck with Offensive Shinjutsu techniques, head, neck, back, chest, navel, upper arms, and hands. Hitting one of these spots causes both a chakra spike along meridians to a specific spot on the body as well as a pulse emanating from the point of impact. The pulse will cause a minor build up of alien chakra in the area, mostly harmless, but quite annoying. When the user targets the head, it causes loss of linear thought process as well as a slower ability to process the workings of an enemy jutsu. All local spots have a total of 49 acupuncture points located on them, each of which may then be divided on to seven categories, signifying the area which the spike of chakra would be sent to. When a needle hits an acupuncture point, that point is considered filled until the senbon is removed. All needles in a local spot may be removed by the recipient during a set-up phase. Effect: Does not affect ninja of a higher rank. User may choose to make any attack which uses a Shinjutsu Senbon and causes said senbon to enter and opponent's body to be directed at an acupuncture point and create a chakra pulse from that point of impact.
