Skill Name: Ice Absorbtion

Bloodline: Aisu Hada, Rank 3 Frozen Transformation

Description: Already being one with the elements of the cold, Aisu Hada can easily shrug off its effects by increasing the chakra flow channeled by their transformation.

Effect: By paying the DP/turn cost of the status effect, the user may negate the effects of Frozen, Cold, Frostbite, and Hypothermia. Only applies while transformed and when the status effect is caused by Ice, Water, and Wind Jutsu. (does not work against Genjutsu)

Cost: -3

Skill Name: Speed of the Polar Bear

Bloodline: Aisu Hada, Rank 3 in Frozen transformation

Description: When on their home Terrain, those with the Aisu Hada bloodline become incredibly fast and agile. This makes them a hard target for those who are clumsy and less agile on Ice and in snow.

Effect: Base chance to dodge increases by 2% for every rank they have in this skill.(The minimum of 15% to dodge still applies.) Only applies while transformed and on Ice, Deep Snow, and Winter Terrain.

Cost: –1

Ranks: 5

yes that would only go up to 10%, I just put the minimum of 15% to make sure people don't try to reduce chance to hit lower than 15%.

Then the effect should say "Base chance to dodge increases by 2% for every rank they have in this skill. The 15% minimum (or however you spell it i don't really know right now) to dodge still applys to this skill. Only applies while transformed and on Ice, Deep Snow, and Winter Terrain.
