Uses a Rank 3 Explosive Scroll. Opponent is ‘Burned’ for 4 turns. If this jutsu misses the Explosive Scroll is not used. Description: Using his instance strobe style, Tsubasa will cause the opponent to have a momentary paralysis of the body and mind, giving them the illusion that time skipped ahead a few seconds. Within this time, Tsubasa will charge the opponent, placing an explosive tag directly on their chest, and then retreat. The jutsu is timed so that just as the opponent begins to snap out of the paralysis, the tag will explode. Of course, if the jutsu misses, Tsubasa will not approach the opponent or use the tag. Points: 6 Instance Strobe Style; Double Kick (Sutorobu-isshun Taipu; Bai Kikku) Type: Taijutsu/Genjutsu (Instance Strobe Style; Personal: Endō Tsubasa) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 45 Chakra; 45 Stamina Damage: 135 Damage Effects: This techniques accuracy and evasion are determined by concentration. Description: Using his instance strobe style, Tsubasa will cause the opponent to have a momentary paralysis of the body and mind, giving them the illusion that time skipped ahead a few seconds. Within this time, Tsubasa will charge forward, sliding towards the opponent and thrusting himself off of the ground and towards them, delivering two powerful kicks to their chest. Points: 4 Instance Strobe Style; Kunai Shadow Bind (Sutorobu-isshun Taipu; Kunai Kagemane) Type: Taijutsu/Genjutsu (Instance Strobe Style; Personal: Endō Tsubasa) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 30 Chakra; 30 Stamina Damage: 30 Damage Effects: This techniques accuracy and evasion are determined by concentration. Opponent is vulnerable for one turn. Requires the use of two kunai. Description: Using his instance strobe style, Tsubasa will cause the opponent to have a momentary paralysis of the body and mind, giving them the illusion that time skipped ahead a few seconds. Within this time, Tsubasa will throw a pair of kunai, thrusting them either into their pant legs or footwear, pinning them to the ground. As the kunai pin the opponent down, they also cut their lower legs as well. Points: 3
