This applies to skills learned off screen through leveling, & to skills which are learned through jounin training by a member of their clan. Regardless of the reduction, at least 1 JP must be paid for any technique which is gained through this reduction. In addition to the aforementioned effect, the user gains an additional 2 JP with which to learn techniques by a member of their clan. Description: Some are born with a keen ability to learn things which are tied to their clan. Be it early exposure to the techniques, some sort of warped familial memory, or even a simple innate understanding of the techniques of their family members, a shinobi-nin with this skill is capable of learning the techniques which come from their family with a slight ease compared to many. [b]Cost:[/b] -1 Notes; Any interested Clanhead/Clan Owner who wishes to include these skills within their clan may, with 'Familial' in the name replaced by the clan's name, and with the clan sections filled in. cntrstrk14 Posted August 26, 2009 Posted August 26, 2009 -4JP to techniques??? Thats HUGE. Does any clan have this big of an effect? I thought -2JP was pushing it.
Warr Posted August 26, 2009 Author Posted August 26, 2009 Yeah, there's plenty of Jounin techniques that cost something like 7 JP, etc etc etc. But as I said when we discussed it in AIM, I'm just going to remove the 2 SP costing, 4 JP reduction skill.
