Rhapsody Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 (edited) All of the skills and whatnot posted with this clan have already been approved. The rest are on their way... Eventually. The Inuzuka Clan (犬塚家) Village: Konohagakure no Sato Head: Inuzuka Hoshiro Status: One of the 'Noble Clans' of Konoha; quite well known and highly respected. Bloodline: None. Element: None. Emblem: None, though the clan members can be clearly identified by the red 'fangs' tattooed on their cheeks and their animalistic appearance. Clan Roster: ~ Inuzuka Yuuki, and Yuugure. ~ Empty ~ Empty ~ Empty Notes ~ There will only be four slots available at one time.~ Members may not take 'Poor Stamina Manipulation' or 'Advancement Seal: Taijutsu/Stamina.'~ The current clan head is Rhapsody. ~ Though, it will default back to Azure if I ever go missing. History Immortalized in the memory of the Shinobi world for their nimble bodies and relationship with canines, the Inuzuka have always been a clan of steadfast loyalty to their village and their country. They are, most people say, poster children for such virtues as bravery, compassion and brotherhood. Their mother is their country, and the village their den.Thought to have been born from champion dog breeders who later evolved to utilize their kindred animals in battle, the Inuzuka have been a long-standing pillar of support within their community. They hold a large sway in matters of the high council due to their age, and have always been known to stand for what is best for Konoha and her people. Whatever their origin, the members of the Inuzuka clan have become so intricately woven into the fabric of Konohagakure no Sato that to forget them, some say, is to disdain the 'Will of Fire' herself. In recent years, the Inuzuka have proven themselves to be as loyal to Konoha as ever. The clan willingly lent their strength to the efforts of the Konoha people to remove the NCIA occupation from power, and then contributed heavily to rebuilding the village to its grand stature. With the peace restored, their clan estate now serves as a place for the breeding of dogs both for combat, and for life within the home or on the show stage. Sick pets are often referred to the veterinarians of the clan, and the estate has been known to offer such services as sitting, grooming and training.Shinobi from the Inuzuka clan often tend to graduate in a class completely of their own. Bearing an unrivaled pairing of noses and ears, along with their relationship to canines, Inuzuka Ninja are often sorted into the 'Special Jounin' category upon reaching said rank. It is easy for them to sit comfortably in positions involving hunting and search and rescue, for their abilities allow them to track runaways and lost children with ease. Taijutsu is also an art that is manipulated artistically by these people; swords and other weapons are but an extension of the arms.Despite their rugged appearance, the Inuzuka have always remained open and welcoming. The gates to their living compound are rarely locked, and visitors are welcome to come and see what lies beyond the wrought-iron bars. Even the canines of this clan are friendly, known often to gleefully 'attack' guests with slobbery dog kisses. Although, any Moggy that dares enter their territory is quickly dispatched. Now that the world has returned to a state of normalcy, the Inuzuka have again pledged their loyalty to the Hokage, and continue to contribute both Shinobi and other services to the good of the Leaf. Pet Rules ~ Each Inuzuka clan member will have an 'Inuzuka Bred Canine' as their companion. ~ These Canines must be dogs, and dogs only. With practice, a pet may become incredibly accurate with their urine, able to hit targets while still in midair. the result is a beacon to the Inuzuka and their pet, for the scent of pee is unmistakable.Points: 2Inuzuka Pet Style: Super Dynamic Marking (Ikari Dainamikku Mākingu)Type: TaijutsuRank: Large (Inuzuka Clan)Cost: 150Effect: This is an AoE justu. For the remainder of battle, the pet and the pet's master have a +5% chance to hit all targets, if this jutsu hits. May only be used once per battle.Description: Once an Inuzuka canine has entered their adult stage, some are as large as their human counterparts. The result? A very large bladder. The method of this jutsu is still fairly simple and remains unchanged, but the added mass behind the attack has been known to allow the pet to drill through stone. Certainly, this leads to a more devastating and winding attack.Points: 5 Clan Techniques Inuzuka Style: Beast Man Clone Combo (Jūjin Bunshin Rendan, 獣人分身連弾) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 10 per every attack; six attacks must be used. Damage: 13 per attack. Effect: This is a multi hit jutsu, and must be used when the master and pet act on the same turn. The first strike is made by the master, and then the second by the pet. They alternate thereafter. Accuracy is calculated according to who the attack came from. For every successful hit, the next one gains a +2% bonus to its accuracy. Both the pet and master must know this technique, and pay for their own strikes. This jutsu consumes the main phase of both pet and master. Description: A complex combo that is often used while both the user and their pet is in a transformed state. Typical use involves the master approaching from behind while the pet takes on a full-frontal assault, adding to the confusion already cause by their likeness. Through a combination of strikes by the pair, often alternating between pet and master, the target becomes trapped in a hell storm of teeth and claws; each strike merits one that is even more artfully placed. Points: 4 Inuzuka Style: Piercing Fang (Tsūga, 通牙) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 80 Damage: 80 Effect: If this is done with a pet simultaneously using Tsūga, on a turn in which they both attack, then the user has a +3% chance for this attack to hit, inclusive of modifiers. Description: Few clans about the world have established such a signature jutsu, a technique recognized by Shinobi everywhere. Utilizing the brute, primal strength gifted to them by their ancestral heritage, the Inuzuka will launch themselves into a spin and, upon making contact with the foe, shred them with a vast array of both teeth and claws. The sheer speed of this jutsu is made even more overwhelming when used in conjunction with a pet. Points: 4 Inuzuka Style: Double Piercing Fang (Gatsūga, 牙通牙) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Chuunin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 140 Damage: 150 Effect: If this is done with a pet simultaneously using either Tsūga or Gatsūga, on a turn in which the pet and master both attack, then the user has a +6% chance for this attack to hit, inclusive of modifiers. Points: 5 Inuzuka Style: Man Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf (Jinjū Konbi Henge: Sōtōrō, 人獣混合変化・双頭狼) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Jounin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 200; 10% of the 'Single Form's' chakra as upkeep. Effect: This technique may only be used on the Master's pet; all advanced regeneration is halted. While this jutsu is active, the user and pet are considered to be 'one,' and they are under the effects of 'Enlarged.' Once this jutsu is used, take 75% of the Master and Pet's stats, then add them together; these are the stats of the single form, though no stats may exceed 1.5x of the Master's. All Chakra/Stamina/Health lost is divided equally between the two when the jutsu is deactivated (takes one set up phase.) This Pet/Master combo takes turns as a normal PC would, dependent on their speed. While this jutsu is active, all advanced regeneration is halted and the natural regeneration of the master and pet are combined. While in this form, all pet tricks the pet knows and all jutsu the master knows may be accessed, but only used if they require no hand seals. Usable once per battle; this jutsu deactivates after four turns. Cloning and Summoning techs may not be used. Description: The culmination of all Inuzuka transformation efforts, this jutsu will, effectively, combine the Master and their pet into one being. From there on out, it becomes a display of their perfect unity, for the great beast they become is a graceful, terrible nightmare of claws and teeth, moving as naturally as it would if it were a singular being. Inuzuka members who use this jutsu have often described it as a euphoric experience, to be able to tower over the world at such heights, to feel the power of their canine brethren in their legs and in their heart. Points: 5 Inuzuka Style: Super Double Piercing Fang (Ikari Gatsūga) Type: Taijutsu Rank: Jounin (Inuzuka Clan) Cost: 150 [Master] + 100 [Pet] Damage: 380 Effect: May only be performed in a turn where the user and pet both attack, consumes both the pet and master's main phase. This attack has a +12% chance to hit, inclusive of modifiers. If this attack is blocked it will deal normal damage. Modify this attack with 75% of the user's taijutsu, and 75% of the pet's taijutsu. Description: A spin off of the regular 'Double Piercing Fang,' this jutsu can be considered the climax of the might of an Inuzuka and his or her pet, for it is their intimate link that allows this technique to be used successfully. For whatever reason, when using this technique, the twin whirlwinds created turn the deep red color of blood, colliding with the target in the exact same instant and causing a large amount of pain by doing so. ViperRKB Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 (edited) Pet Rules~ An 'Inuzuka Bred Canine' will be awarded to a player once the clan feels they have matured enough to care for one. (This means that you do not start out with a puppy, except under certain and special circumstances.) ~ The canine will start as a small pet, requiring solo training of 1000 words to successfully 'connect' with. Are these rules for the 'Inuzuka Bred Canine' the same as with the previous submission? Cellar Door Posted September 1, 2009 Posted September 1, 2009 And the Rank 3's should undoubtedly be Rank 2 instead.
Rhapsody Posted September 5, 2009 Author Posted September 5, 2009 (edited) This is really simple stuff. Edit: If a tech isn't listed here, it just hasn't been resubbed or approved yet. I'll get to them eventually. Edited September 5, 2009 by Rhapsody
Rhapsody Posted September 5, 2009 Author Posted September 5, 2009 Yes. It says so above the clan name. :x
Rhapsody Posted September 7, 2009 Author Posted September 7, 2009 Talk to Azure. The clan needed updating [most of the descriptions for stuff was stolen, jutsu outdated, etc.] and I stepped up because I wanted to make an Inuzuka. >_> I don't know about the ownership. Truthfully, I don't much care/mind who owns it as long as the clan is good. [see also: NA politics scare the crap out of me.]
Nappers Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 I just wondered because it depends on whether or not I can approve this- I'll find out.
