cntrstrk14 Posted December 4, 2009 Posted December 4, 2009 Dust Release: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique (Jinton Genkai; Hakuri no Jutsu) Type: Dust Ninjutsu (Earth; Wind; Iwa) Rank: Sennin Cost: 280 Chakra Damage: 100 + 4x Effects: This jutsu deals damage based on the amount of equipment slots worth of items the target player currently has on them. The amount of equipment slots currently taken up on the target is equal to x. Armor counts as equipment and each piece of the body it covers (according to the body parts outlined in the character sheet) it covers is equal to one equipment slot. Destroys or makes unusable 2d(0.5x) [rounded down] equipment slots worth of equipment the opponent has. Destroyed equipment is chosen at random by assigning it a value according to the order it appears on the player's character sheet, with one (1) being the highest item and x being the lowest. Continue to roll and destroy equipment randomly until the value of the roll is reached or passed. Description: The user of this jutsu, after activation through hand seals, creates a small cube in front of them in which they literally push towards the opponent without touching it themselves. As the cube travels further from the user it will expand to a larger size and engulf anything and everything in its path. The target and everything touching the cube are then pulverized at the molecular level, breaking down into dust. However, the more mass the opponent holds on them the more devastating the attack will be if it makes contact, pulling away at the matter and turning it to destructive dust. A simple jutsu that has been taught to the most elite of Iwagakure no Sato for over a century now. Points: 5 [The following two jutsu were used in the Kumogakure Invasion and I have no intent of taking them for either of my characters] Paired Sibling Seal (Ittsui Kyoudai Fuuin) Type: Ninjutsu (Earth; Sealing; Forbidden: Powerful; Divine Scroll of Twin Clouded Dreams) Rank: Sennin Cost: 100 Chakra Damage: n/a Effects: This jutsu requires two people to perform it at the same time in order for it to be successful. Creates one seal which can be used by "Two Point Seal Fold Technique (Nifuu Oribasho no Jutsu)". Upon creation the seal must be given an out of character name to uniquely identify it. Upon creation a seal is either deemed inactive or paired with another existing seal. Seals may only be paired with inactive seals, in which case that seal is no longer inactive and is considered paired with the chosen seal. A seal may never be paired with a different seal once it is paired with another, even if one of the seals is destroyed. Seals have 200 HP but are considered to have 1500 Defense points. Cannot be used in battle, chakra cost is subtracted from the player's total chakra for one full RP day and at least 3 RL days. This jutsu cannot be learned or copied without the item "Divine Scroll of Twin Clouded Dreams". Description: The creation of a seal for the transportation of mass via Nifuu Oribasho no Jutsu. This jutsu involved two people who must stand at individual ends of a circumference. Both users will then place their hands on the ground as a seal will slowly begin to form on the surface below them. Using their chakra the ninja will use earth jutsu to form the seal, at which point will will begin to take a solid stone form, becoming a stable platform with an intricate design upon it. Each one of these seals is designated to another seal, and once that connection is created a circle about the size of a person's head will form on the circumference of the circle, pointing in the location of its sibling. This connection can never be broken, even if one seal is destroyed the other will remain inactive forever. Points: 2 Two Point Seal Fold Technique (Nifuu Oribasho no Jutsu) Type: Ninjutsu (Sealing; Forbidden: Powerful; Divine Scroll of Twin Clouded Dreams) Rank: Sennin Cost: 0.5x Chakra Damage: n/a Effects: This jutsu will transport objects between two seals no matter the distance. The value of x is equal to the total kilogram mass off the intended transported objects. The seals must be created with Paired Sibling Seal (Ittsui Kyoudai Fuuin) and a single seal may only have one matching seal that it may travel too. User must have ten turns undisturbed concentration in which they may take no other action while preparing to perform this jutsu. At the end of the ten turns they pay the cost for this jutsu upon its activation. Maximum of 800 Chakra may be spent on this jutsu. If used outside battle the total cost of this jutsu is subtracted from the player's total chakra for one full RP day and at least 3 RL days. This jutsu cannot be learned or copied without the item "Divine Scroll of Twin Clouded Dreams". - Coalescence [2-4; Nifuu Oribasho no Jutsu] : Split the cost of this jutsu between the number of people performing it. Description: Two Point Seal Fold Technique (Nifuu Oribasho no Jutsu)\) involves the creation of two seal markers via Paired Sibling Seal (Ittsui Kyoudai Fuuin) and the use of powerful space manipulation jutsu to move large amounts of objects or people between two points. Once the seals are created, it can take multiple ninja many minutes of concentration to activate and charge. Once ready a seal could transport up to fifty ninja from one to another at a single time. This allowed for massive movement of troops to multiple locations and battles in little time. This jutsu was pioneered and discovered by Kumogakure no Sato ninja and was instrumental in the Kumogakure Invasion and the establishment of the Kumogakure Empire. Requirements: Paired Sibling Seal (Ittsui Kyoudai Fuuin) Points: 12

Exodus Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 (edited) Tested the first technique a little, I really like how creative it is actually. It reads and seems as if it'd be an AoE type technique, but systematically works as a target technique. At any rate, I approve of it. I'll check out the other two when I have more time on my on hands. Edit: To be honest, the other two should just be made for NPC purposes, but it really doesn't matter either way-- I have no problem with any of these that I can see so.. Hardcore Skittlez Posted June 13, 2016 Posted June 13, 2016 First technique is being referenced as a price point for a current submission, so I came back to check it out... and it is ridiculously underpriced. This technique has the potential to destroy all of an opponent's items while also dealing damage... all for less chakra than the full CP cost of destroying a single item via the Destroy Item effect. I think that this is just dated and may have been made before Destroy Item had its effect updated, but this is in need of re-costing. Before I spend too long trying to understand the current cost reasoning, do you happen to still have the math stored anywhere for this?
cntrstrk14 Posted June 13, 2016 Author Posted June 13, 2016 This was already going to be resubmitted, was just waiting on Syaoran's current battle to finish before working on it. Will be changing drastically for many more reasons than you listed. Moving to dead.
