  2. Deafening Presence Effect: The first time the summoner brings this summon to the battlefield with Kuchiyose no Jutsu, the summon creates a Genjutsu attack that targets all opponents on the field. This attack inflicts two turns of Deafened. If this ability would trigger on the summoner’s first turn of battle, it instead triggers at the start of the summon’s next turn. A summon may only know one Presence skill at a time. Requirement: Level 3 or higher summon. Cost: -1.

  4. Aburame Style; Wings of the Bell | Aburame Hijutsu; Tsubasa no Suzu Type: Ninjutsu [Hijutsu; Aburame | Medical] Rank: Genin Cost: 40 Chakra, 1 Kikai Hive Effect: The target is healed for 60HP. Description: With a quick thought and a pulse of chakra, the user commands the Kikai to heal by excising poisons, infections and necrotic flesh. It is able to somewhat restore a person from their wounds, but usually only minor injuries. This technique is named because it was said that the destruction bugs would fly in a swarm upon hearing the chime of a specific bell. Unfortunately the bell has since been lost to time, but this technique nonetheless remains the foundation of Aburame medical arts. JP: 3 Maths: 60 Heal: 60CP Hive Rules here Wind Release: Monsoon Season | Futon: Kisetsufūkikō Type: Ninjutsu [Climate | Wind | Lightning] Rank: Jonin Cost: 120 Chakra [Upkeep: 80 Chakra/Turn] Effect: While this technique is active the Climate is ‘Monsoon’. This technique may be upkept for a maximum of four turns. Description: With a quirk of chakra the user manipulates the surrounding air temperature, humidity and ionic charge to artificially create perfect conditions for a sudden downpour. Constant attention is necessary to maintain the correct balance of atmospheric forces or the monsoon will quickly dissipate. JP: 8 Maths: Climate: 40CP Monsoon: 80CP 4 Turn max: 360CP total Sound Release: Heavenly Cry | Onton: Tenmei Banrai Type: Ninjutsu [Sound] Rank: Sennin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 45 Effect: The target is 'Stunned' for one turn. Description: The user emits a swift and focused blast of sound chakra, often as a kiai, to spur themselves onto greater effort whilst throwing the enemy off their stride. Some may come to fear the power possessed by these individuals, but they know that it comes at a vast cost. Effect: Ninjutsu performed by the user applies 15% of the base cost as additional Chakra regeneration. Users with this skill may not use Genjutsu and may not have any skills that give negative effects towards Genjutsu abilities. This skill may not be taken with Shiva the Destroyer but may be treated as the skill for skill effects. Cost: -3 Lakshmi the Mediator A blessing, an ideology or a natural talent from birth - regardless of its origin, the results are the same. Some shinobi have a greater inclination to matters of the body than others, using these gifts to physically crush and devastate all those who oppose them. Only these shinobi know the great cost that comes with this power though. Effect: Taijutsu performed by the user have an additional 5% chance to critically strike and deal an additional 25% critical damage. Users with this skill may not use Ninjutsu and may not have any skills that give negative effects towards Ninjutsu abilities. This skill may not be taken with Vishnu the Protector but may be treated as the skill for skill effects. Cost: -3 Saraswati the Learner A blessing, an ideology or a natural talent from birth - regardless of its origin, the results are the same. Some shinobi have a greater inclination to matters of the mind and illusions than others, using these gifts to manipulate and control their victims as they see fit. Of course, the cost of such a mental talent comes at a great cost to the body. Effect: Genjutsu performed by the user deal an additional 30% base stat reduction and stat addition, rounded up. Users with this skill may not use Taijutsu and may not have any skills that give negative effects towards Taijutsu abilities. Description: The user forms and tosses a ball of fire above their head, which rapidly destabilizes and showers tiny leaf-shaped bursts of flame over the battlefield. These leaves explode on contact, creating a mass of flame in all directions. Shakuton: Neppa | Scorch Release: Heatwave | 灼遁・熱波 Type: Ninjutsu [Scorch] Rank: Genin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 80 Description: An enhanced version of the Heated Wind technique, focusing on inflicting damage through pure heat rather than slowly dehydrating the enemy. While not as versatile, its short-term impact is significantly greater. JP: 4 Maths: 80 Damage: 80CP Dokaton: Hinosenpuku | Earth-Fire Release: Concealed Eruption | 風火遁・火の潜伏 Type: Ninjutsu [Earth | Fire | Set Trap] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 110 Chakra Damage: 100 Effect: The target is 'Bruised' for one turn. This technique applies the effects of both Earth and Fire. Description: Similar to many other Earth Release techniques, the user presses their hands against the earth. While using Earth chakra to create a passage through the ground, the user also imparts Fire chakra into the passage, creating a burrowing landmine. When stepped on the volatile mix of chakra explodes, blasting the enemy with fire and bludgeoning them with concentrated earth. JP: 4 Maths: Bruised: 20CP 100 Damage @ 4:5 Ratio: 80CP x1.1 for both SE effects. Doton: Kasoku | Earth Release: Quickening | 風遁・加速 Type: Ninjutsu [Earth] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 105 Chakra Effect: The target is under the effect ‘Haste’ for 3 turns. Description: The user channels chakra through their feet into the ground, causing it to move sympathetically to assist them. As the earth moves it moulds itself into the shape most helpful to the user, enhancing their speed and agility. JP: 4 Maths: Haste x3 Turns: 105CP I made a thing. Go forth and prosper.   10. Sound Release; Whispered Voice | Onton; Sasayaki-goe | 音遁・囁き声 Type: Ninjutsu [Sound] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 15 Chakra Effect: The target is 'Fazed'. Description: This technique allows the user to throw their voice or speak directly into someone else's ears without anyone else hearing anything. When combined with other sound techniques to amplify the user's voice, this technique gains tremendous range. though it possesses few combat applications, it is occasionally used to throw foes off-balance at crucial moments. JP: 1 Sound Release; Unnatural Voice | Onton; Tsukurigoe | 音遁・作り声 Type: Ninjutsu [Sound] Rank: Jonin Cost: 30 Chakra Effect: The target is 'Confused' for one turn. Description: This technique allows the user to manipulate their voice and alter it. With this technique the user can cause themselves to sound like other people, or even perfectly replicate natural noises. To imitate someone else's voice, you must have heard them speak. Frequently used in combination with other sound ninjutsu to sow confusion and discord among larger enemy forces, Tsukurigoe is a mainstay of infiltrators, saboteurs and spies the world over. JP: 1 Sound Release; Divine Voice | Onton; Tensei | 音遁・天声 Type: Ninjutsu [Response; Negation | Sound] Rank: Sennin Cost: x Chakra Effect: Select and negate one non-Forbidden chakra-based attack targeting you. X is equivalent to the base cost of the negated jutsu. This technique may be used twice per battle. This technique has a 5% fail chance. After this technique is used, the user loses their Setup and Main Phases. Description: A display of utter mastery over sound, this technique has the user emit sound perfectly counter to the sounds produced by others, nullifying them through the principle of wave interference. Any and all sounds can be isolated or nullified, from footsteps to armies to the voices of others. While primarily used to conceal or negate smaller sounds, at full strength Tensei can extend its nullification properties to other formations of chakra, unmaking them in a single moment. JP: 13 Designer's Notes: A series of mostly-RP techniques. Pretty much because Sound is cool, and it has potential for a lot of fun tricks. These are super general, so go nuts. [ These techniques are for general use with PM to cntrstrk14 ] • Hyōton; Hyouketsu Hoshi | Ice Release; Freezing Star | 氷遁•評決星 Type: Ninjutsu [ice] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 135 Chakra Damage: 50 Effects: Uses one (1) Shuriken or (1) Kunai as if it was thrown. The opponent is 'Stunned' and 'Vulnerable' for one (1) turn. Description: A simple technique in which the user imbues the shuriken they throw with ice chakra. As the shuriken flies it freezes in flight, collecting the moisture in the atmosphere which leaves a faint white trail as it flies. Upon striking the shuriken will spread, freezing the enemy as it spreads ice chakra out from the point of impact and causes them to become immobile for a short time Points: 5 [Sound] • Hyōton; Niiton Kori Rendan | Ice Release; Two Ton Ice Barrage | 氷遁•二屯氷連打 Type: Ninjutsu [ice] Rank: Chuunin Cost: 100 Chakra Damage: 120 Description: Drawing as much condensation out of the atmosphere as possible, the user creates a massive shard of ice even larger than themselves. The shard itself is made between the arms and the user aims the shard in the same way an archer would, using their non dominant arm to aim while their dominate arm supports the coiled force and release of the attack. Yukigakure no Sato ninja have been known to work in pairs using this attack to move their melee forces into close range by riding these. Points: 4 [Music] • Setton; Samurai Sei Kazeniban | Snow Release; Samurai Spirit's Second Wind | 雪遁•侍精風二番 Type: Ninjutsu [snow] Rank: Jounin Cost: 205 Chakra Damage: 140 per Strike Effects: Two (2) strikes total. Each strike inflicts the opponent(s) with 20 'Bleeding' damage for one (1) turn. Description: This techniques creates a specialized clone with the appearances of a samurai that emerges from a flurry cloud of snow. With two katanas, one in each hand, the clone advances from the snow, striking with quick precision at it's target. The blades aim to pierce rather than slash, driving deep wounds in the target and causing severe bleeding. Once the attack finishes the clones dissipates, turning back into snow once more. The action happens so quickly that its often mistaken as an illusion in the snow of the attack. Points: 8

[ These techniques are for general use with PM to cntrstrk14 ] • Hyōton; Arashizenbu | Ice Release; Stormfront | 氷遁•あらしぜんぶ Type: Ninjutsu [ice] Rank: Genin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 45 Effects: Opponent is 'Frozen' for one (1) turn. Description: Raising both hands in front of their chest, the user drains the warmth from the air between their arms, hyper freezing it and condensing the heat near themselves. The water in the air freezes into ice particles and then the heat from behind is released and pushes the ice at an incredible speed, blasting the opponent with freezing winds an tiny particles of ice that tear at them like shrapnel. Points: 4 • Hyōton; Yaiba | Ice Release; Blade | 氷遁•刃 Type: Ninjutsu [ice] Rank: Genin Cost: 20 Chakra Damage: 20 Description: One of the most basic forms of Ice Jutsu, the user simply condenses the surrounding air into a single shape blade and flings it at their opponent. Students who are taught this move in Yukigakure are told the tale of the first Hyoukage who was said to have split a mountain into two with this simple but powerful move. Points: 1 • Hyōton; Sukima Hyouhen | Ice Release; Opening Shard | 氷遁•隙間豹変 Type: Ninjutsu [ice] Rank: Genin Cost: 50 Chakra Damage: 40 Effects: +2% Chance to hit if this is the first attack by the user in battle. Description: Raising their arms in front of them, the user generates two discs of ice that launch off of their forearms, spining around each other and forming into a solid chunk of jagged ice before smashing into the target and shattering with blunt force. Often used as a simple means for Ice wielding ninja to smash doors or small barricades. Points: 3

[ These techniques are for general use with PM to cntrstrk14 ] • Setton; Samusa no Ensui | Snow Release; Cone of Cold | 雪遁•さむさのえんすい Type: Ninjutsu [snow] Rank: Genin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 15 Each Effects: Two strikes. If the first strike hits the target they are 'Stunned' for one (1) turn. Description: The ninja takes a deep breath after a series of seals, raising their hand to their mouth and exhaling forcefully. From their mouth and hand will form a cone of razor sharp blasts of wind and snow, cutting at the skin and pinning the focused target to the floor. Points: 4 • Setton; Bunshin Nikukiri | Snow Release; Clone Cleaver | 雪遁•ぶんしんにくきり Type: Ninjutsu [snow] Rank: Jounin Cost: 210 Chakra Damage: 320 Description: The user temporarily creates a clone from the nearby snow into a vaguely humanoid shape. Using the battlefield to their advantage, they place the clone immediately in an advantageous location so that they can also form a massive cleaver twice as tall as the clone and just as thick. With a massive swing the clone will bring the cleaver down on the target, slicing anything in its path. Description: Creating a specialized clone with the appearance of an ancient samurai spirit, the clone will use its ability to disperse the enemy attack. The samurai sacrifices itself for the user, embracing the death in a successful splitting of the enemy. This technique has been passed down through generations of snow samurai as a perfect example of defensive chakra utilization. As they bring the weapon down, it will condense into a razor shard blade of ice and snow like a katana just long enough to get a single sword stroke off. Afterwards it breaks apart, back into snow.   15. • Sumi Bunshin no Jutsu | Ink Clone | 墨分身の術 Type: Ninjutsu [Clone | Ink] Rank: Jounin Cost: 100 Chakra + 50x Chakra Effect: Each Ink Clone has 80 Health, 25% of the user's Chakra & Stamina, and 10% of the user's remaining stats. Ink Clones may have a maximum of two (2) Offensive Actions in their Main Phase. In their Setup Phase, the creator may sacrifice any number of Ink Clones they control to reduce the cost of an Ink technique in their Main Phase by y, where y is the combined remaining Health of the sacrificed Ink Clones. Maximum of six (6) clones may be created. Description: Born from the love of calligraphy and artistry, the Ink Clone is a manifestation of the lifeblood of art itself. Though the clones themselves are relatively weak, the goal is to overwhelm your opponent with individual clones and then use their remaining resources to amplify the user's Sumijutsu attacks. Due to their bodies being comprised of Ink, many Sumijutsu artists in the past have used their clones as resources for other attacks, sacrificing them in order to gain a surprise advantage on their opponent. Requirement: Sumijutsu Artist Points: 9 • Kōton Bunshin no Jutsu | Steel Clone | 鋼分身の術 Type: Ninjutsu [Clone | Steel] Rank: Jounin Cost: 250x Chakra Effect: Each Steel Clone has 200 Health, 50% of the user's remaining stats. Each clone that is created chooses 'Sword' or 'Shield'. If 'Sword' is chosen the clone is considered to be equipped with a level 20 medium weapon with the attribute 'Free Handed'. This weapon's damage is modified by both Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. If 'Shield' is chosen, the clone's block range is increased by 10. During their Setup Phase a clone may choose to change between 'Sword' or 'Shield'. Maximum of two (2) clones may be created. Description: With its origins in Iwagakure no Sato, this technique uses steel to create a replica of the creator. Making use of the steel's strength, this clone proves to be much more sturdy than in addition to having some tricks that utilize their metal construction. Steel Clones often have forged steel armor or weapons secured to their arms, making them an especially dangerous variations of clone. In most scenarios the user will rely on the solitary strength of these clones rather than numbers to defeat their opponent. Points: 10 • Doton Hijutsu; Ochitarumono no Iwagakure Gundan | Secret Earth Release; Army of the Fallen Stone | 堕ちたる者の岩隠れ軍団 Type: Ninjutsu [Hijutsu | Clone | Earth | Iwagakure] Rank: Sennin Cost: 300 Chakra + 30x Chakra Effect: Each Fallen Stone Clone has 45 Health, 10% of the user's Chakra & Stamina, and 10% of the user's remaining stats. Fallen Stone Clones may have a maximum of three (3) Offensive Actions in their Main Phase. Minimum of five (5) clones and Maximum of twenty (20) clones may be created. Description: A secret Ninjutsu passed down through the most powerful and respected ninja of the Country of Earth. It is a hijutsu that allows the user to create their own specialized army out of the soil itself. This cloning technique differs from most because the clones do not actually resemble the user, and because of such they cannot be confused with them. Each clone is clearly made of stone, a mixture of gray and brown rock, and each one is separate from the others. Each clone takes the form of one of twenty fallen heroes of Iwagakure no Sato, a list of which included historical figures and/or those close to the user. It is said that when this technique was first developed it was made so that those who had already fallen in battle could once again fight alongside their comrades.   17. Stasis Flow The flow of chakra and stamina within the body has been the center of deep philosophic and meditative debate for ages. It is believed that if a person is able to harmonize the flow of chakra and stamina within their body that they can in effect have them flow perfectly throughout the body. Through years of on and off study, researchers were able to apply scientific reasoning to this theory. They found that if the pressure within the body between the stamina and chakra could be equalized, that the two could flow within the body more effectively and even, through training, use each other's traffic lines throughout the body. They proved this by showing that the 'pressure' (This word is used for lack of a better term. It refers to the energy per cubic inch based on the potential energy of the substance. All stamina and chakra within a body has a set amount of potential energy that they contain at any point) of each could be used interchangeably and at a certain point it becomes hard to tell the two apart. Because of such, the regenerative properties of each substance that was traditionally thought to be separate can actually be considered one in the same, but only when the pressure is the same from each. Effect: The character's Chakra and Stamina regeneration are replaced with the following.
