Otamajakushi

Description: A small tadpole. Summoning this creature is usually considered a 'failure' for the summoner. Sometimes these come with small legs, indicating that the summoner is closer to actually being able to summon a frog. It is still embarrassing. These also come in many colored variations, depending on where the tadpole has come from.

Level 1

Gamakichi / Gamatatsu

Description: Gamakichi (literally "Propitious Toad") is one of Gamabunta's children. He has a fiesty personality and is extremely talkative. However, he is intelligent enough (more so than Gamatatsu) to be aware of the situation around him and realize when it's time to flee. Gamatatsu (literally "Toad Dragon") is the weak, inexperienced, younger brother of Gamakichi, and another son of Gamabunta. Gamatatsu fixates on snacks and can be seen eating all the time. His overall personality is extremely dense, and he often has to be dragged away from danger by Gamakichi, who is always summoned before Gamatatsu. In either case, summoning one of these two is hardly effective in terms of combat, unless the plan is to annoy the opponent. Unlike most other summoned beasts of equal size, these two do not perofrm any techniques.

Description: Gama is a human-sized frog that is most commonly seen as being ridden by his Summoner. He is a quiet, yet intelligent frog and is fierce in combat. He is also the one that carries the Summoning Contract, which he keeps swallowed.

Gamakuzu

Description: Gamakuzu is old enough to be considered an adult in the race of the summoned Frogs. He wears a kimono with the symbol of 'courage' emblazoned on the back. He has not yet seen many battles, though he speaks as though he has been through many. He is aggressive in battle, and chooses to assault opponents directly. His skin is a dark-red color. He is descended from the line of Mountain Fire-Frogs, who allow the Summoner to partially summon them (ie, allow them to summon their stomachs) for a brief period of time. One of their adults suffers from ulcerative disease due to the use of Amaterasu on their stomach long ago.

Blind: Your accuracy is reduced to 20 (unless you had less accuracy than 20), unless your character has an unusual ability to use their other senses (ie; Inuzuka sense of smell, Nerves of Insanity's enhanced senses, Blind Guardian's ability to function without sight) and your evasion is likewise reduced to zero except in the aforementioned circumstances. May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, three times by Chuunin and six times by Jounin.

Description: A whip of the tongue to the opponent's eyes. This leaves the opponent unable to see momentarily.

Asleep: At the beginning of your response phase you roll a d10. If you roll a 3 or lower you wake up and continue your turn regularly. If you miss your roll you cannot do any actions in your turn, but in your Main Phase you gain +5% to your HP, chakra and stamina. If the person(s) in a sleep state is hit afterwards, he/she wakes up immediately afterwards.

Description: A croaking sound is made that is soothing to the ears... and is followed by a sharp whip of the tongue across the back of the neck.

Gamasushi

Description: Wielding two swords, Gamasushi is known mostly as the "Watch Tower Destroyer" and "Yataikusushi." He is the second most powerful of the Frogs. He can wield some powerful Ninjutsu, but his true talent is in swordplay. He speaks but only when not in combat. When he does fight, he typically doesn't say a word. Gamasushi is most known for battling alongside his summoner, with great skill and execution. He is noted for his valiant efforts when the Hidden Leaf Village was attacked suddenly by the Sand Village in conjucntion with the Sound Village, and successfully fought off Orochimaru's large snakes that were destroying the village.

Description: The twin blades of Gamasushi are second to the great katana wielded by the great Gamabunta. These katanas are said to be able to cut through hills.

The Seeing Mind

Effect: Once per your rank in this skill you may negate either the damage or the effect from one Genjutsu attack against you. The incoming attack must be at least of the rank of your own. This may not be used against an attack from a Ninja of higher Ninja Rank to your own. (-2)

Gamabunta

Description: Gamabunta is a grumpy and highly apathetic character. He doesn't like to take orders from anyone, unless the summoner is highly talented and earns his respect. Jiraiya and the Fourth Hokage are two of the few people that he has allowed to ride on top of his head without question (although Jiraiya admits that he can't completely control Gamabunta). He is fiercely protective of his kin and he hates to be underestimated by anyone, both of which take precedence over his normal apathy. Often times, it is one or a combination of these two factors that entices him to fight. Overall, despite his grumpy exterior, he shows respect towards Naruto as if he were a son. He even explained to Jiraiya that he's aware of Naruto's talents and potential. He and Jiraiya seem to be good friends and, as implied in the series, drinking buddies, despite Jiraiya's admitted lack of control over Gamabunta. However, he will scold him on occasion.

When Naruto first summoned Gamabunta, Gamabunta didn't believe that a little kid like Naruto could summon him. Naruto, angry at the comment, claimed that, as Gamabunta's summoner, he was the toad's master. This made Gamabunta lose his patience with Naruto, and he threatened to kill him. This scared Naruto into submission and, after Naruto apologized, Gamabunta accepted him as a subordinate.

During the attack on Konoha, Naruto summoned Gamabunta to save himself from being crushed by Gaara's Desert Funeral. Gaara was in his full Shukaku form, though Gaara's personality was still dominant at the time. Gamabunta was his usual grumpy self, and told Naruto that they couldn't have a subordinate/mentor relationship until they shared sake, which was eight years away because Naruto isn't old enough to drink. Gamakichi, who had been accidentally summoned by Naruto earlier, told his father that Gaara bullied him and that Naruto saved him. Gamabunta was very impressed with Naruto, and not only does he officially accept him as his subordinate, but he also tells Naruto he will show him all about "Jingi", which is a yakuza term describing a highly argumentative honor code. At first, Gamabunta was able to hold his own, but this quickly changed when Gaara forced sleep upon himself, allowing Shukaku to take over. This unleashes Shukaku's full power, which is too much for Gamabunta to handle. However, Naruto and Gamabunta use a combination transformation to take on the form of the Kyuubi, allowing Gamabunta to get Naruto close enough to Gaara to wake him up. Gamabunta was once again impressed with Naruto and even lamented that he would not be able to see the end of this battle because he had reached his limit.

During the battle between Jiraiya, Tsunade, and Orochimaru, Gamabunta is summoned along with Katsuyu to counter Manda, Orochimaru's giant snake. Gamabunta clearly hates Manda's guts and would just love to cut him. He seems to have respect for Katsuyu, as he rescued her from Manda.

If the opponent uses jutsu in their Response Phase against these weapon attacks, the base cost is increased by 2x and that jutsu may not be used again for three turns.

Description: By charging up the Element of Water, Gamabunta is able to create a more powerful sword attack against other large creatures.

Description: The toad summons deep down into their belly and is able to spit out some oil.

Effect: Use in combination with a Fire-type Jutsu by the Summoner. The Jutsu Type becomes White-Hot Fire and may not be changed by any ability. Apply Summon's Accuracy modifer and Ninjutsu modifer to the Fire-type attack. Jutsu used in the Response Phase cost 3x as much to use. The combined Jutsu may not be reflected (even by bloodline abilities). It takes two uses of a skill in order to negate the damage from the combined Jutsu (i.e. two uses of 'Knowing the Elements' or 'Optic Mastery' or similar skills). Usable once per battle.

Description: Perhaps the most powerful Jutsu used by Gamabunta. By summoning up Oil from deep within his belly, he combines this with an attack by the Summoner to burn everything that is in front of them, leaving all opponents charred and destroyed.

Few things beat bloodlines. The first Oil Jutsu prevents the Fire Jutsu from being Reflected. The single Kage Jutsu prevents it from being Optic Masteried to nothingness. If you like, I will make them limited to # uses per battle. I can post you examples of some Jutsus that cannot be reflected, etc. if you like.

Damage: 0

Effect: Opponent is Burned for two turns.

Blind: The target takes 120% damage from taijutsu, basic and weapon attacks, takes 10 damage a turn.

Description: A whip of the tongue across the opponent's body, leving it stinging and sensitive to further abuse.

Points: 3

Just go through it, iron out those flaws, then ~Chewp~

I made the changes as above (even I make spelling mistakes!) and I also changed Gamabunta's Oil attack from being unable to be negated by skills to requiring two uses of a negation skill [i.e. two uses of Knowing the Elements or two uses of Optic Mastery or similar skills]

Level 0 needs a minimum of CHK/STM.

As for level 1, I don't know about using Gamakichi and Gamatatsu. In the past 100 years, they have grown much bigger (Pic by Kishimoto after only 3 years). But it's up to you.

Otherwise, a very good job there. Makes me want to learn the frog summon too ;) (but I guess I will stay with my weasels for now)

lvl 0 now has chakra and stamina...

as far as using them as lvl 1's instead of other things... meh... i'm too lazy to have to change all of it O_o

edit: summon's do not need Tai stat minimum... for reference see Cntr's Kodiak Bear summos that were approved

Only requirements are a minimum of HP, CHK and STM (and Speed if you want it to move), but taijutsu is not a requirement (can be completely talentless in combat).

If you don't want to change the Gamakichi thing, then fine.
