~ Kagirinai Ankoku (Eternal Darkness)~

Through out the ages, all beings whether animals or humans have always been thought to have a "dark side." A split of a personality bent on malicious intents to cause harm to others or corrupt those for their own bidding. Maybe, these beliefs are true, but those are simply theories and observations from those who have experienced or witnessed it. There is more to darkness, a never ending void of reoccurring feelings such as hate, anger, regret, as the majority of people have describe it. The Usuakari, have dove deeper within their own darkness, capable of using it to not only increase their powers, but sometimes changing the course of life. Their blood is tainted with darkness, appearing darker in color. Anger, hatred, regret, and other negative emotions only feed the darkness, sometimes trapping the its host in a vicious circle. Some Usuakari shinobi have found a way to escape this circle, either by using the 'light' in their heart or walking so far into the darkness, they have almost become one with it, and are able to control it. The power of darkness is an incredible thing, but one must never forget: Either you control the darkness or it controls you.

-Seigyo No Ankoku lock- Once reaching required level the user rolls a d20. On a roll of 1-7 Anko Ichuu is unlocked. If rolled of 8-20, user must wait five more levels to roll again.

Advance Regeneration is halted during bloodline usage.

Bloodline can not be stolen or transfered

Kakusei Ankoku(Awake Darkness)

The darkness which lies within an Usuakari shinobi is always there and always will be. Since birth the darkness builds up within an Usuakari shinobi, feeding off of any negative emotions. It is during this period where an Usuakari first discovers their darkness, whether told by another Usuakari shinobi or through self discovery as they feel their emotions of anger and hate, last for longer periods of time. This process can be hard to determine when it occurs, Usuakari have a tendency to experience this phenomenon around the age of 12 or 13. The darkness can be awaken at anytime though. Once awaken, the darkness begins to spread through the blood vessels throughout the body.

Effect: Allows the use of other bloodline ranks,clan jutsus, and skill.

Cost: -1sp

Requirement: Clan Membership.

Ichiro No Ankoku(One Road of Darkness)

As an Usuakari shinobi grows stronger, so does the darkness within them. The darkness continues to spread slowly throughout the body as it feeds off negative emotions, growing stronger with every passing moment as an Usuakari taps deeper within the darkness. Manipulation of darkness becomes easier, allowing an Usuakari to use the darkness to increase their strength and the power of their dark jutsus. It is said that the darkness has a slight tendency to protect the user from any discomforts. A dark aura is said to surround the shinobi, emitting a cold and empty feeling.

Effect:

- User gains 200 stat points in two of their highest non-tank stat when this bloodline is activated. Effect last until bloodline is deactivated.

- Any status effect attempting to be inflicted onto the user has a 10% chance of failing.

- Any offensive dark jutsu used while this bloodline is activated deals .1X Chakra and Stamina damage unmodified. Where X = the total amount of damage of the jutsu.

Passive Effects:

- Can never learn light jutsus.

- Does not take any health damage from using dark jutsus.

Cost: -5sp

Requirement: Anko Ichuu Iki Ichi. Lvl 15.

Activation/Upkeep Cost: 10% chakra/10% chakra

Anko Kihaku(Dark Soul)

At this stage, the darkness becomes fully unified with the Usuakari, allowing the Usuakari to have almost complete control of the dark. To travel this deep into darkness, does not come without consequences to the mind. Some Usuakari begin to lose sight of themselves as they fall deeper into the darkness and some forget about allies, friends, and families, only concentrating on themselves. There are Usuakari shinobi who are able to fight the darkness, allowing them to keep their own mentality and perhaps sanity(though it is a constant battle with darkness). Those who are fascinated by the darkness continue to dig deeper into it's wonders, searching for a way to control it, a few going insane. Once an Usuakari shinibo draws forth their power of darkness, their strength is increased even higher as well as their manipulation over dark jutsus has excelled. The darkness has a tendency to protect the user from any discomforts, though it is not frequent. Their eyes turn a darker shade of their original color and the area around the shinobi darkens. Although, the darkness is not a giver as it eats away at their soul, draining their life. It is said once the darkness has been activated, it creates a cold and empty feeling within the user.

Effect:

-User gains 300 stat points in two of their highest non-tank stat when this bloodline is activated. Effect last until bloodline is deactivated.

-Every other turn user rolls a d10. On a roll of 1-3, user may select a dark technique and consider it under the effect of "Half Opening" for that turn only. If a technique involving any other opening effect was used the turn before, this effect does not apply.

- Any status effect attempting to be inflicted onto the user has a 30% chance of failing.

- Any offensive dark jutsu used while this bloodline is activated deals .2X Chakra and Stamina damage unmodified. Where X = the total amount of damage of the jutsu.

-User suffers -10% health damage each turn.

Passive Effects:

- Can never learn light jutsus.

- Does not take any health damage from using dark jutsus.

Restrictions:

-Can not use savior skill or any other skill that positively affects allies while this bloodline is activated.

-May not use healing jutsus and can not be healed while this bloodline is activated.

-Effects do not stack with Ichiro No Anko.

Cost: -6sp

Requirement: Ichiro No Anko. Chunnin Rank, Lvl 30.

Activation/Upkeep Cost: 10% chakra/7% chakra

Kihaku No Kagirinai Ankoku(Soul of Eternal Darkness)

Darkness, pure eternal darkness. The darkness is said to be an Usuakari's blood, as their blood is dark red, appearing almost black. To lust this far for darkness, an Usuakari shinobi has devoted their life to the dark and learning how to master it. For those who are weak-minded or have a lack of willpower, they become servants to their own darkness. The darkness consumes them, leading them through negative emotions, and forcing them to do the bidding of darkness. There are others, determined for their own survival that are capable of withstanding the dark that plagues their mind, and can control it. While a few seek to fully conquer the power of darkness and essentially become one with the darkness.

No matter the goals, at this stage, an Usuakari's control of darkness is to be feared. Once they tap into their dark blood, their strength is greatly increased, while their manipulation of the dark element is highly proficient. Their dark bloodline increases the power of dark jutsus, causing serious damage with each strike. As the bloodline is activated it emits a cold aura that can send chills down one's spine. The user's eyes are gray as they seem to be surrounded by a black outline. The darkness that surrounds that causes the body to strengthen its defense, reducing the chance of being afflicted by any statuses. The darkness continues to sap the life from the user, draining even more.

Effect:

- User gains 400 stat points in two of their highest non-tank stat when this bloodline is activated. Effect last until bloodline is deactivated.

-Every turn user rolls a d10. On a roll of 1-3, user may select a dark technique and consider it under the effect of "Half Opening" for that turn only. If a technique involving any other opening effect was used the turn before, this effect does not apply.

- Any status effect attempting to be inflicted onto the user has a 50% chance of failing.

- Any offensive dark jutsu used while this bloodline is activated deals .3X Chakra and Stamina damage unmodified. Where X = the total amount of damage of the jutsu.

-User suffers -15% health damage each turn.

Passive Effects:

- Can never learn light jutsus.

- Does not take any health damage from using dark jutsus.

Restrictions:

-Can not use savior skill or any other skill that positively affects allies while this bloodline is activated.

-May not use healing jutsus and can not be healed while this bloodline is activated. .

-Effects do not stack with Anko Kihaku.

Cost: -8sp

Requirement: Anko Kihaku. Jounin Rank.

Activation/Upkeep Cost: 10% chakra/10% chakra

Seigyo No Ankoku(Control Of Darkness)

There are only a few capable of reaching such a level. At the end, those who seek out the darkness, have complete control over it. Usuakari shinobi who have reached this level are those with a strong will and mind, and are thoes to be feared. Either those have found the "light" within them and are able to suppress the negative effects of the dark or those who have gone so far into the darkness, have reached their ultimate goal: complete control.

Effect:

- User no longer suffers -15% health penalty/turn when Kihaku No Kagirinai Ankoku is activated.

- Healing jutsus may be used while Kihaku No Kagirinai Ankoku is activated, and user may be healed.

- Can use savior skill and any positive skill that affects allies while Kihaku No Kagirinai Ankoku is active.

Cost: -3sp

Requirement: Seigyo No Ankoku lock success. Kihaku No Kagirinai Ankoku. Jounin Rank. Lvl 70. 2000 word post on controlling the darkness.

Note: I worked really hard on this. It took me a long time to get to getting this idea written down and making sense, so staff and others I ask of you, look at this with your mind open. I really like this idea, so I'm willing to work with it to get it approved. So don't just say "Denied, no way this is passing." Give some thought to this. Thanks.

Only had a brief glance at this and something didn't make any sense.

Anko Ichuu Iki Ni(Dark Heart Stage Two)

The darkness begins to fuse with the Usuakari's chakra system. Flowing throughout the body. The darkness begins to increase the shinobi's powers. Emotions of hate, anger, revenge are slightly amplified through a shinobi. Usuakari's chakra becomes dark purple in color.

Effect: +60 points in one stat for x amount of turns. Can not exceed 1.5X.(X=base stat) Chakra and stamina are regained at 10% each turn. Effects do not Anko Ichuu Iki Ichi.

Cost: -3sp

Requirement: Anko Ichuu Iki Ichi. Lvl 15.

Activation/Upkeep Cost: 10% chakra/10% chakra

How can you give yourself Advanced Regen in both Chakra and Stamina, equal to -10 SP for spending on Chakra Flow and the other one for -3 SP. And second to that, how can you give yourself Advanced Regen and follow that up with an Activation/Upkeep cost which is then negated by the Advanced Regen. Also, Advanced Regen shuts down in all cases when bloodline's become active.

I think you need to work on that.

You need to define the 'dark' element. I skimmed, but didn't see what lesser elements it's consistent of. Logically thinking, I assumed that it was the same as Light. However, it should be noted just in case.

I'm a little skeptical about the multiple tank stats being increased to their cap. You might be better off saying something to the effect of, "User gains x stats that they may allocate for the duration of this bloodline's active effects. These stats are allocated at activation and revoked at deactivation. X is equal to (User's level, user's level times two, user's level times three, and so on)." Just a suggestion.

Anko Ichuu Iki Ni(Dark Heart Stage Two): This bonus is too large for the flexibility it has. Alchemic Thought has a similar flexibility and it represents the furthest such a limit can be pushed (trust me, I tried). Anyways, at its highest rank, Alchemic Thought increases chosen stats by 800 total points, has about the same cost, and requires a hospital stay after being used. Seeing how this is the second rank of the bloodline and you only need 1000 in each of the chosen stats to get a bonus of 1000 total, I will have to say nerf this.

I suggest changing it to a static number, and also to choose a range of area this can increase. From the description, I would think it would only increase one offensive stat, either Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu.

Anko Ichuu Iki San(Dark Heart Stage three): Watch capitalization.

- Dark is the combination of Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Lightning and Void. Not Light. (Though technically, Fire, Wind, Water, Earth and Lightning together make Light, meaning dark is technically Light and Void). That's just a typo.

- You already stated they can never learn Light jutsu.

- See "Anko Ichuu Iki Ni” for stat bonus problems.

- "Once per battle a dark jutsu may not be blocked by any non-bloodline skills, jutsus, or techniques. Must state when using this effect.”: State that this cannot be used in conjuncture with anything that does not allow a user to roll to dodge.

- Can the user only use dark jutsu when this is ACTIVATED or is that passive? It is unclear, you may want to consider breaking the passive portions apart from the active portions, creating more than one skill.

Anko Ichuu Oodume(Dark Heart Final Stage):

- Again, separation of passive and active effects into different skills. If you take the first two lines of these skill and the previous one and make another skill that is required by these two you would be good.

- The half opening thing every other turn is a bit much, maybe keep the roll chance the same as it was in the previous rank but allow every other turn?

- Check out the above for stat addition problems, etc.

Anko Ichuu Seigyo(Dark Heart Control) Anko Ichuu Seigyo(Dark Heart Control): What are the negatives? Be specific. Negatives could include, say, the cost. That would be ridiculous, but it is possible given your effect.

All of these abilities should not stack with other abilities.

900 stat points is a lot considering they can be allocated anywhere just like the Alchem bloodline, which allocates 800 anywhere but puts the user in the hospital after using it. I would say significantly lower this or increase the negative effects drastically.
