While appearing similar to the standard shuriken, these small weapons are imbued with lightning chakra. The imbued lightning chakra amplifies the striking power of the shuriken and releases a small shock upon impact. Cost: $10 ; May only be bought in Kumogakure no Sato. Shock Tag Type: Consumable Item Effect: Rank I [$100]: May be used in the set-up phase to add +5% chance to critical hit and one (1) turn of the status effect 'Slow' to any one (1) offensive action in the following main phase. Rank II [$200]: May be used in the set-up phase to add +10% chance to critical hit and one (1) turn of the status effect 'Slow' to any one (1) offensive action in the following main phase. Description: A small paper tag commonly seen in use by Sensukai shinobi. Infused with lightning chakra and volatile chemicals, it creates a large shock wave when chakra is poured into it, creating an electric shock through any target it touches.
