The Senuskai Clan have been able to control these element and now have almost mastered using the elements. the Denikumi aids a Senuskai shinobi in becoming one with lightning and cloud. Both Lightning and cloud surround the body as the bloodline is activated and the bloodline helps control these elements more. Cost: 20% start Rank 1- Description- A small amount of lightning surrounds the user's body and around the user's feet the area begins to be slightly foggy. The user's pupil turn a bright yellow. With the power of lightning and cloud increased, as the jutsus hit the opponent the opponent is shocked, giving them a greater chance than normal to go into metabolic shock. Also lightning and cloud jutsus have a greater chance of critically injuring the opponent. Effect- All lightning and cloud jutsus used by the user are considered a critical hit on a roll of 1-5. Does not apply to "Forbidden” or "Sealing” type/rank Jutsu's. Allows the use of other bloodline ranks. Lightning/cloud jutsus have a 5% chance of causing metabolic shock to opponent, if opponent is hit by a lightning/cloud jutsu. Cost: -2sp Requirement: Clan Membership. Upkeep: 7% Rank 2- Description: Lightning surrounds the user's body in a bright yellowish color. Cloud begins to hover around the user, but is not visible. The user's pupil turns a normal yellow color. The bloodline increased the power of lightning and cloud jutsus and as these jutsus hit the opponent, the lightning shocks the opponent damaging their regeneration process and the cloud begins to enter the opponent's body, slightly blocking regeneration. The opponent has a greater chance of going into metabolic shock. Effect- Lightning and cloud jutsus used by the user are considered a critical hit on a roll of 1-7. Does not apply to "Forbidden” or "Sealing” type/rank Jutsu's. Lightning/cloud jutsus have a 15% chance of causing metabolic shock to opponent, if opponent is hit by a lightning/cloud jutsu. Does not stack with rank 1. Lightning/Cloud jutsus cost -1jp; to a minimum of 1 Cost: -3sp Requirement: Lvl 10. Rank 1 of Denikumi. Upkeep: 7% Rank 3- Description: Lightning surrounds the user's body in an organized pattern. The lightning circles around the user's arms and legs and the lightning around the user's chest begins to form a lightning aura. The user's eyes are now a yellow/gold color. Lightning particles and cloud particles begin to surround the user in a 50 foot area. When an opponenent is hit by a lightning or cloud jutsu the jutsus, the jutsus shock the opponent, causing the opponent's regeneration to be halved. Effect: Lightning and cloud jutsus used by the user are considered a critical hit on a roll of 1-13. Once per battle a Lightning or cloud jutsu may be used as an AOE jutsu. AOE cost effects still apply. Does not apply to "Forbidden” or "Sealing” type/rank Jutsu's. Lightning/cloud jutsus have a 25% chance of causing metabolic shock to opponent, if opponent is hit by a lightning/cloud jutsu. Does not stack with rank 2. Lightning/Cloud jutsus cost -2jp; to a minimum of 1. cost: -4sp Requirement: Chunnin Rank. Rank 2 of Denikumi Upkeep: 7% Rank 4- Description: The lightning now forms a yellow aura around the user. Both cloud and lightning fuses with the user's body, making the user one with the elements. Lightning particles surround the user around a 1 mile radius and clouds are formed. The power of lightning and cloud jutsus are increased. With the increase in power, with the power of the jutsus increased, when a lightning or cloud jutsu hits the opponent the opponent is shocked, causing their body to be tired and weak, lessening their regeneration process. Effect: Lightning and cloud jutsus used by the user are considered a critical hit on a roll of 1-15. Thrice per battle a Lightning or cloud jutsu may be used as an AOE jutsu. AOE cost effects still apply. Does not apply to "Forbidden" or "Sealing" type/rank jutsus. Lightning jutsus do not require handseals to use. Lightning/cloud jutsus have a 35% chance of causing metabolic shock to opponent, if opponent is hit by a lightning/cloud jutsu. Does not stack with Rank 3. Lightning/Cloud jutsus cost -2jp; to a minimum of 1. Cost: -5sp Requirement: Jounin Rank. Rank 3 of Denukimi. Upkeep: 7% Saikou(Restoration) Description: The second part of the Denkuma. The Saikou is a passive part of the bloodline and the "after effect" bloodline as some Senuskai shinobi call it. Once the user's chakra, health, or stamina is depleted, the user's body kicks into a regeneration state. The body quickly begins to absorb the energy from the lightning and cloud that surrounds the body and turns it into chakra, stamina, and health. The only bad part is, the body is only able to preform this operation once. Cost: N/A, may only be used once per battle Rank 1- Effect- When the user's hp,stamina, or chakra is reduced to zero. Hp, stamina, and chakra are increased to 10% of their original stats. Does not stack up with Second wind or similar skills. Cost: -3sp Requirement: Denkimi Rank 1. Lvl 7. Rank 2- Effect- When the user's hp, stamina, or chakra is reduced to zero. Hp, stamina, and chakra are increased to 20% of their original stats. Does not stack with rank 1. Does not stack up with Second wind or similar skills. Cost: -4sp Requirement: Denikumi Rank 2 and Saikou Rank 1. Lvl 15. Rank 3- Effect: When the user's hp, stamina, or chakra is reduced to zero. Hp, stamina, and chakra are increased to 35% of their original stats. Does not stack with rank 2. So lets say during the fight the character 's chakra, stamina, or health reaches 0, the bloodine kicks in and then a charater's hp, chakra, and stamina are then increased to 20% of their original stats. EX: Hp: 440, Ch: 600, St: 400 Character's hp hits 0: HP: 0, Ch: 440. St: 200 When the bloodline kicks it would be like this now HP: 88, ch: 120, ST: 80 So does this explain it better?
Eechi-go Posted January 31, 2008 Posted January 31, 2008 No, I understand the systematic part of it. It's the roleplay part of it I don't understand. "Bind their souls with that of a wolf." How does that give them the ability to 'come back to life'? It makes the character seem more like a Jinchuuriki. I don't understand how the ninja could use it wrong either, as the only thing they can really do wrong is be killed, again.

Ookami Henkaku(Wolf Revolution) Can explain how a bloodline that consumes chakra causes the user to regenerate chakra when activated? Cost reduction applies to Jutsu equal to or lesser than the user's rank. Does not apply to "Forbidden” or "Sealing” type/rank Jutsu's. 50 percent reduction is far too powerful; especially when you take into account that Jounnin+ Jutsu have a ratio of 1:2. When used in conjunction with this bloodline, a Jounnin Jutsu has a ratio of 4:1. A Jutsu that inflicts 320 damage, for instance, will cost 80 chakra. I'd suggest a higher skill point cost since you're combining a Ninjutsu Mastery/Martial arts hybrid with massive cost reduction.

If the user is able to learn a jutsu higher than there original rank why shouldn't the bloodline affect it. Seeing as the bloodline affects all lightning and cloud jutsus. - Yes, the intention was to lower the cost to as low as it can, without it being to low. I think the 50% reduction is good, its not too much and its not too little. Any higher would be too much. -Done. Raised it to 6.
Warr Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 (edited) 50% reduction of cost for jutsu isn't happening for a primary element, even with 17 SP. Regen is one thing, but reduction is another. It would allow you to break cost caps -too much-. Not to mention the fact that the 6 SP one would likely cost -way- more than that otherwise. Edited March 6, 2008 by Warr

cntrstrk14 Posted April 17, 2008 Posted April 17, 2008 Much better than before, but I have a beef with the critical hit improvements. They get MASSIVELY higher for low costs. I would prefer, since it does not seem to be the focus of the clan, to make it much smaller increases. Such as 1-2 for the first one, with a maximum of like 1-15 on the last rank.

Your bloodline does not level off well, your effects keep getting larger while your cost goes down as well. It seemed to spike up in use very quickly. Possibly make a single upkeep for all the ranks?
