Skill Name: Creditor's Advantage

Bloodline: n/a

Description: The capitalist economies of the world thrive on one simple and fundamental rule. Everything costs something. Of course, there are some that have found ways to live outside this rule. These charismatic individuals are gifted with the skill, either inherent or trained, to haggle with even the thriftiest of merchants. This skill can be a great boon to a shinobi light on cash, but debts have a way of catching up to even the most elusive welcher.

Effect: Items that costs more than what you can afford is now buyable if the residual amount is not more than $1000. The residual amount is taken out from mission rewards at an interest rate of 20%. A note of the debt has to be kept at the transaction log in the character sheet.

Example: If Ninja A has 500$ and wants to buy a sword for $750. He is able to do so. The acquisition of the item will render Ninja A to be in a debt of $250+ 20% interest which would sum up to a total of $300. The $300 will be taken directly from any monetary rewards that is acquired by the Ninja A until the debt is fully paid.

The skill looks good. One thing though, there's a 72 hour bump rule on this forum. Meaning, that it's against the rules to intentionally bump a topic to the top of a forum more than once every 72 hours.

If you post in the admin's approval threads (Link) or IM them you can get your topics looked at more quickly than just posting in the creation thread for approvals, and you won't be breaking any rules ;D

Oh also, if you want to change your forum skin so that you can see the links more clearly, use the dropbox in the lower left hand corner of the page.

I definitely do. -3 would be fair, I was even tempted to suggest -2. But whatever. -3 will fly with me.

A reduction in cost is always good. It will give your character more options as time goes on. And cntr's word is pretty much law 'round these parts.

I'd be okay with it being -3.

And links show up highlighted via being underlined, even if nothing else.

Er, yeah, quick points;

1. Links highlight differently or not at all based on the skin you use. Some highlight, some underline, some have very faint changes in colors. Mine for instance (cgreen) changes the font color to green. But its hard to see sometimes. It does not underline. I could go in and change what I assume is CSS for the stylesheets on each to make sure they all at least underline, which would be likely the most logical. I may look into that now, I am kinda bored.

2. I approve at -3

EDIT: And done, all of the skins should now either have links as a different color or underlined. If anyone has any suggestions for a change to any of the links on a certain skin PM me and let me know.
