Special: Unique, Legendary Description: The Divine Scroll of Twin Clouded Dreams was an S Class secret artifact kept by the Kumogakure Empire during its reign. It was said to have been kept in the care of the Hachidaime Raikage, though shortly after the Battle of Fang it was lost and has yet to be recovered. No one knows of its location, but many know of what it is said to hold. In explicit instructions and teachings of the Hachidaime Raikage himself along with the key to many of Kumogakure's more powerful Kinjutsu.
