Description: To the naked eye this is just a set of black rods made up of some unknown metal, however this set of rods have been crafted to recieve transmitted signals via chakra to modify the movement in the puppet they are equipped. This allows the use of a puppet control technique without the need of a direct connection such as direct contact or chakra strings.
