For as long as this technique is up-kept, the user may wield and use 'Sovereign'. 'Sovereign' is a weapon generated through the Black Blood and receives bonuses from skills that apply to the Black Blood. While this technique is active, advanced chakra regeneration is suspended. Description; This technique is a milestone in the personal progression of Hikari. She will slow the natural flow of the Black Blood within her, then quickly saturate it with her own chakra before forcing the blood to tear itself free of her body. As the Black Blood does so, it will coagulate and harden until it entire forums a black scythe whom has been granted the name "Sovereign" by Hikari. As the formation process is fairly painful, Hikari can often be heard shrieking as the technique is formed- and from this fact did the technique's name originate. Requirements; Must have performed the "Resonance Mastery and Blade Formation" training associated with this technique. 4 jp [Evolving] Resonance Mastery and Blade Formation training;To learn "Screeching Resonance" and be able to wield "Sovereign" in combat, Hikari must perform 500 words of training to comprehend what it is to find resonance between the unnatural flow of her black blood and the opposing natural flow of her chakra. After this, she must perform another 500 words of training learning to form and wield Sovereign as an extension of her body.
