Practical Barrier: Each time the wielder utilizes a chakra based technique, 0.3x Chakra is stored within this item, where the value of x is equal to the Chakra cost the wielder paid. The maximum amount of Chakra that can be stored in the item is equal to 200y, where the value of y is equal to the wielder's ninja rank. Twice per battle the wielder may expend all stored chakra to activate this ability in the Response Phase or Main Phase: Response Phase: The wielder gains a barrier with 2x Health.
