Weapon Kind: Tetsubo

Weapon Name: Warudakumi (Sinister Design)

Size: Large

Level: 1

Special:

- Critical!: Upon the event of a critical hit, this weapon deals 2x damage as opposed to the standard 1.5x damage ($100)

- Unblockable: This weapon can never be blocked (of the half damage variety) via dodge roll, skill or technique. Applies to the highest rank abilities the user can utilize, (except Forbidden techs). Does not apply to ninja of higher rank than the user. ($200)

- Weighted: This weapon bypasses one rank of parry. A target may use two ranks of said ability to parry this weapon.($200)

- Heavy Ended: Attacks utilizing this weapon gain a +20% chance to hit. ($400)

- Amalgam: Can be swung, combining all possible swings available in one phase into one. Base costs and damage are all also combined. ($50)

- Every time the user swings the tetsubo in a basic weapon attack, they roll a d10, the resulting number is the total decreased amount to dodge they incur if they miss this attack (via dodge roll). Cumulative up to twice. Affects the to hit percentage after modifiers. (-$150)

-Unique

Description: A five foot, six inch, obsidian and oak pole (looking similar to that of a baseball bat), taking on a black appearance, footed with a dull silver spike. A section is dedicated to the grip of the weapon, above this, the pole is an unknown but extrememly dense and studded metal covering. Upon the metal covering, there are many engravings, thought to be of a particularly demonic origin. This type of weapon was considered more of a mythical weapon, often used in tales by demons "oni" since the oni were extremely strong and could carry these mammoth weapons and so were feared by many superstitious people. The tetsubo would, unless the weilder is 6ft+ be troublesome to carry around. It weighs close to 200lbs and so can prove incredibly difficult to wield normally, this weight is contained mostly in the metal end of the tetsubo. The craftsmen of this weapon is unknown, but it is said that it is sentient. This has never been proven, but the few who have been chosen to wield this weapon have done so with a demonic grace. Salvaged by the NCIA, during an excursion into the mountains near Iwa, it took four shinobi to carr it back to the capital, to be contained within the storage areas inside the CNA.

Total Cost: $820

So it's an auto KO? I'm pretty sure that Matth, when he made the sock weapon, actually never wanted it to be taken seriously since he never purchased it even after a month he was still active. So, I really don't think you should have this but since I am not a mod I figure that if it is approved, it should cost some more. And with the prices you have right now, its $910.

I figured the hindering effects would lower that, otherwise I should take them out (-10% to hit -max- is -$160/-$200 or something to that effect). And actually, I had permission from him to purchase it myself, I just chose not to, thought I'd use the ability for another weapon instead. SO, here it is.

The ability is such a long shot anyway, I don't see a reason that the cost should be raised.

Let's see. Doesn't aplly on an Auto-crit, which is nice. However, this doesn't apply to skills that raise your crit chance, apparently. Edit that, or make the cost at least 200.

- Unblockable: This weapon can never be blocked (of the half damage variety) via dodge roll, skill or technique. ($200)

I'd rather see this have a limit. You know, Block only applies once per rank, this should see the same.

- Weighted: This weapon cannot be parried. ($200)

See above

- Heavy Ended: attacks utilising this weapon gain a +20% chance to hit. ($320)

+20% to hit, for $320...Considering the Equip Ratios are 5:1 for stats on gear...This should be...80*5=400

-Can be swung, combining all possible swings available in one phase into one. Base costs and damage are all also combined. ($50)

Looks okay.

H'm. Makes sense enough, but I'd like to see it as at least D10+2

Kay.

1. K.

2. I'll add about the raising of critical.

3. You're referring to the wrong type of 'Block'. I wasn't speaking of the weapon ability.

4. Why would someone waste one of their ranks of parry just to get hit? Bearing in mind if they choose to parry they recieve no dodge roll. I'd rather they just not attempt it at all so at least they get to try and dodge.

5. Wasn't 100% sure on the ratio, editing.

6. No. It already take place after modifiers, giving me (at it's worst), a maximum dodge of 70% as opposed to 90%

no auto KO, period

being unblockable? restricted to said things of equal or lesser rank

is "Weighted" an approved ability? you can use it to nullify Parry ONCE per rank in Weighted, otherwise it is undercosted (as Parry costs $200)

I was hoping I could just have them approved here.

That is fine to approve here, I was just asking so as to see if these prices were all set in stone. If none of them have been approved yet...

Make it only effect ninja/techniques of your rank or lower.

- Weighted: This weapon bypasses one rank of parry. A target may use two ranks of said ability to parry this weapon.($200)

APPROVED, though I would rather you made a topic for this one, it would be useful for other people if you allow others to take it.

- Heavy Ended: Attacks utilising this weapon gain a +20% chance to hit. ($400)

'utilizing'

-Can be swung, combining all possible swings available in one phase into one. Base costs and damage are all also combined. ($50)

APPROVED, but I would rather this effect be given a name with it, to easily reference its effect later.
