Description: A novel innovation by the Hagemasu, this weapon is simply a grossly oversized tuning fork. Created by Kaisei, the clan leader passed it to his growing daughter in hopes of further perfecting the prototype. It stands roughly up to Kikuya's shoulders, with the blunt tines taking up two-thirds of the total weapon length. The handle is hastily wrapped and rewrapped with gauze to maintain a decent grip for control. Due to its curious shape, it is often wrapped completely until combat to avoid odder looks from passerby.

Filly's Legs is inappropriately named, with Foal being the more correct term. [Kaisei was not the most educated of people.] When the tines are in motion by the Hagemasu spitting up enough pressure to disturb them, the shaking prongs resemble the teetering legs of newborn foals as they struggle to stand. However, Foal's Legs did not have a good 'ring' to it, and the name Filly stuck.

Unlike other tuning forks, the size of this one makes it resonate at a pitch inaudible to most humans. The Hagemasu are still capable of ingesting and manipulating this 'silent sound,' and with the guidance of their chakra, can leave others with earsplitting headaches. Additionally, the vibrations coming off the tines are strong enough to disturb many surfaces, easily scattering water and shattering rock every time it strikes.

Seems fine balance wise, I would say this would probably be worth about $300. Its a conditional Razor's Edge, but includes modified damage.

-Bone Breaker: When this weapon successfully Parries or Defends, the attacker takes 50% of the total block damage taken by the user. [so 25% of the original modified damage.]

Now this worries me because it is essentially auto-hit damage. The problem being that if a person it at low HP and you still have this available, they could get into a situation where they could not attack you without dying themselves. This is detrimental to game play because it forces a situation that does not progress towards an end of battle state. I would say add in some kind of dodge chance, possibly the same dodge chance you WOULD have had against the attack if you did not parry/block. Alternatively, I would allow it to be "automatic" damage if it only worked on "natural" (dodge roll based) blocks while the weapon is equipped.

500 for Bone Breaker would be fine with me. It's cheap, but without other skills, a natural block only happens like 5% of the time.

Anyways, with that 500, I'm getting 1760 for the cost. Which I'm comfortable with apping this at.

Moved this back. I believe Azure's concern was not really addressed. I believe he meant that the block range should not be able to be modified by techniques or skills, not necessarily the attack. I also feel that that should be base damage.

Still on the edge about this because of my above stated reasons. It is like a chance to get two attacks on the opponent, though I guess it could be okay with the limitations above.
