Question And Answer

Recommended Posts

Oh wait, here's the answer to your first question...

Stamina - You use this stat to pay for Taijutsu or physical techniques during battle. This cannot reach 0 or else the battle ends for the character with 0 Stamina. This is because with no Stamina left, you pass out.

Stamina now regenerates by 1/10 of its total every other turn of battle for the battle's members.

Chakra - You use this to pay for Ninjutsu or Genjutsu techniques, or Ninja Magic and Illusion techniques respectively. The battle ends for a character when their Chakra reaches 0. This is because without Chakra you pass out.

Chakra now regenerates by 1/10 of its total every other turn of battle for the battle's members.

Someone asked about Response Phase Jutsu and the answer is here or on the website...

Basically, you have to choose to roll to dodge -OR- use a Jutsu, you can't use a Jutsu after a failed roll (it represents your Ninja preparing to use a Ninjutsu rather than trying to dodge). Note that you may use skills -AFTER- a failed roll or a Jutsu.

That's what I thought but I needed further clarification. When you say use skills after a failed roll, it still requires you to take the damage regardless of the skill a person may have right?

Another one

When using the technique 'SMITE', does the user have to declare it's activation one turn before he is actually hit, or could they use it as a response to taking a hefty blow.

This is really helpful to me.

Here are the formulas that I've been using for battle, are these correct?

Bonus: 5 for every 20 you have in that stat

Accuracy: 60 Base + [x] accuracy bonus - [x] evasion bonus= [x] %

Weapon: Projectilei: [x] base + [x] Accuracy bonus– [x] Defense bonus= [x] damage

Weapon: Melee: [x] base + [x] Taij bonus – [x] Defense bonus= [x] damage

Tool: Explosive tag: 20 base – [x] Defense Bonus= [x] damage

Regular Attack: 5 base + [x] Taij bonus – [x] Defense bonus = [x] damage

Ninjutsu Attacks: [x] base + [x] Nin bonus – [x] Resistance bonus= [x] damage

Genjutsu Accuracy: 60 Base + [x] Gen bonus - [x] con bonus= [x] %

Genjutsu Attacks: [x] base + [x] Gen bonus – [x] con bonus= [x]

damage

Edit:

-For Genjutsu correction.

-To make tags precise and add Bonus definition.

Ok, adjusted accordingly.

Trying to make this sheet a FAQ for noobs like me which ask questions that mods and admins need to answer repeatedly.

Any other questions people?

Unless otherwise specified, missions receive both exp and $$$

D Rank Missions: 50 exp

C Rank Missions: 100 exp

B Rank Missions: 200 exp

A Rank Missions: 400 exp

S Rank Missions: 1000 exp

But what are the associated pay scales with the missions? Is that static or depends on the kage?

Payment (and XP) depends on kage, but this ones are the most common:

D-mission: 15-25$; 50XP (will be changed to 100 soon)

C-mission: 50$; 200XP

B-mission: 100-200$; 400XP

A-mission: 800XP

S-mission: 1600XP

Another one:

Training under a owner of a specific skill or jutsu:

1) Kage is needed to give permission for the training, but

-Where is the said training done?

-Which training guidelines (lines or post) are required?

-How many times is this type training possible?

Probably after the chuunin exams, have pacience.

edit: -after you have recieved the permission, of course.

-depends, normaly this type of techs/skills also needs kage or jounin training, so they will tell you.

-your kage decides. Things like your level, your rank, if you are good roleplaying ect. affects his decision.

No problem Azrael, just ask whatever you want and I will try to answer you. Gornok, I edited and answered your questions in the other post. I think that we can do a summary of this topic later, and then pin it, so it will be easier to find in the future.

Bunshins only dissappear if a damaging attack misses. That is to say, Gen doesn't do actual damage so it wouldn't actually hit the bunshins in any way. In fact Bunshins don't even aid your ability to dodge them if I'm not mistaken.

So the bushins disappear after a failed evasion roll, even if the user had more than five clones, ALL of them disappear after incuring physical damage?
