In a way. This is a Naruto RPG in the same way that Apocalypse Now is a Heart of Darkness movie. The inspiration is definitely from the source in question, but the execution is very different. And vaster in scope. The amount of material on NA dwarfs the Naruto series, and most of us have a penchant for exposition and world-building. Of course the world is different, and bigger.
